| China is a country with a serious shortage of water resources.Seawater desalination is an important means to solve the water crisis.At present,the most widely used method of seawater desalination is the reverse osmosis membrane method.In this system the electric energy consumed by high pressure pump accounts for about 35% of the operating cost of the system.It is one of the main factors affecting the cost of fresh water.Usually,in reverse osmosis desalination(RO)system working pressure is 4 ~ 8.0MPa,concentrated seawater pressure discharged from the membrane is about 4.5 ~ 6.5MPa,accounting for about 60% of total traffic,this part of the residual pressure energy recovery input to the high pressure pump and pressurize seawater,will be able to reduce the high pressure pump motor the output power,thereby reducing the production cost of freshwater.In order to realize the recovery of residual pressure energy,this paper presents a new incurve multiple-action radial-position pump.Based on the incurve multiple-action radial-position and the specific working conditions of seawater desalination,Valve-Plate is used and replace the common plunger into a newly designed piston.The high pressure of concentrated water will be put into the new pump piston rod cavity through the distribution plate,to achieve its pressure to reproduce the purpose of the work in order to achieve the motor drive pump on the basis of the use of concentrated water pressure,and reduce the motor output power,so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy.This paper has done the following research:(1)Research on seawater desalination energy recovery and high pressure pump technology at home and abroad,Determine the content of this paper.(2)A scheme of multi-action incurve radial piston pump is put forward,and the structural design of piston assembly and port plate is completed,which realizes the recovery of residual pressure and reduces the input of electric energy in principle.(3)Referring to the design data of the multi-action incurve radial motor and plunger pump,combined with the actual seawater desalination project,designed the motion rule of the guide rail curve,The kinematic and dynamic analysis of the piston assembly is carried out,and the design of the structure and the stress check are completed.The Plate distribution and lubrication state are analyzed,confirmed the thickness of the lubricating water film.(4)A fluid domain model of multi-action incurve radial piston pump is established,Using Fluent’s dynamic grid,slip grid and UDF Technology and determining the corresponding algorithm and parameters,The numerical simulation and analysis of the internal flow field of the pump is completed,and the feasibility and energy saving efficiency compared with the high pressure pump with the same flow of the new scheme are determined. |
