| Peach is popular because of its unique taste,aroma,and nourishing function.Peach industry is an important part of cultivating rural collective economy and promoting rural revitalization.Because peach trees often suffer from severe freezing injury in early spring,the growth and development of peach trees are greatly hindered,which makes the yield of peach drop greatly,posing a great challenge to the sustainable development of peach industry,the profits of fruit farmers and the promotion of rural revitalization strategy in China.At present,the prediction and prevention of frost damage in Taoyuan are based on the analysis and judgment of meteorological data,and there is no real-time data analysis according to the specific environment of Taoyuan,so there will be problems such as inaccurate and untimely prevention and control of frost damage.Starting from the actual needs,this paper designs and develops the Peach orchard environmental information monitoring system based on the Internet of Things to realize accurate perception and real-time transmission of Peach orchard environmental information;analyzes the ecological factors affecting the growth of peach trees,improves the peach tree frost index,and uses local Weighted regression scatter smoothing(Seasonal and Trend decomposition using Loess,STL)and differential integrated moving average autoregressive(Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average model,ARIMA),built a peach tree frost prediction model,realized the peach tree frost in the peach orchard environment.Accurate prediction;Through fuzzy PID control algorithm,accurate and timely prevention and control of freezing injury can be achieved.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Peach orchard environmental information monitoring system design based on the Internet of Things.The requirements of Peach orchard’s ecological information monitoring system based on the Internet of Things were analyzed and clarified.The structure of the Peach orchard Internet of Things system was designed;using 5G,Wi-Fi,Lo Ra,and other data transmission methods to achieve reliable transmission of data information.(2)Research on frost forecasting of peach trees.Using the STL method to decompose the time series of peach tree frost impact factors,the period of peach tree frost damage is predicted;a frost prediction model based on the ARIMA model is built to realize the prediction of peach tree frost time.(3)Design of intelligent frost prevention and control system in Peach orchard.Based on the Peach orchard environmental information monitoring system based on the Internet of Things and the peach tree frost prediction model,combined with intelligent control and data analysis technologies,the design of the Peach orchard intelligent frost prevention and control system was completed.Through experiments,the system can accurately monitor the factors of freezing injury of peach trees,predict the time of freezing injury in peach gardens,and control sprinkler well water through fuzzy PID algorithm to realize the prevention and control of freezing injury of peach trees. |
