As a key industry of the industry,manufacturing is the main pillar of my country’s vigorous economic development.In recent years,based on the international situation,my country has made a major strategic deployment to improve the development level and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,and strive to realize the transformation of the manufacturing industry from large to strong.As the pearl of North Industries,Tianjin pointed out in the "14th Five-Year Plan" that it should establish a city with manufacturing industry and deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy.However,at present,most industries and enterprises in Tianjin’s manufacturing industry are still labor-intensive and resource-intensive,have not formed a complete industrial chain,lack scientific research capabilities,have relatively low independent intellectual property rights,and are still at the low end of the value chain.end position.The manufacturing industry has low governance capacity in the production process and at the end,and will also have a certain impact on the environment.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the transformation,upgrading and collaborative application of Tianjin’s manufacturing industry.By analyzing the trend of collaborative development of manufacturing transformation and upgrading,it proposes strategies that are conducive to promoting the transformation and upgrading of Tianjin’s manufacturing industry and realizing the orderly development of the manufacturing industry.The high-quality development of the city’s economy is of great practical significance.This paper sorts out the existing literature on manufacturing transformation and upgrading research and measurement research from the perspectives of influencing factors,industrial upgrading,and building a synergy model.It is determined that from the perspective of synergy theory,it is proposed to take the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry as a complex system,and to study the degree of system synergy and the mechanism of action between subsystems.In the research process,the current situation of Tianjin’s manufacturing industry is firstly analyzed,and the necessity of transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry is clarified.Secondly,analyze the internal and external factors of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.According to the characteristics of the complex system,the system is divided into five subsystems: quality and efficiency,structural upgrading,innovative development,green intensive and integrated development,and relevant indicators are determined.Build a model for the degree of coordination of the manufacturing transformation and upgrading system,use the relevant data from 2014 to 2020 to measure,and analyze the overall coordinated and orderly development of the system.At the same time,a grey system dynamic analysis model is constructed to analyze the interaction relationship between various subsystems,which provides a basis for improving the coordinated development of manufacturing transformation and upgrading.The empirical analysis results show that the overall synergy of the manufacturing transformation and upgrading system shows a trend of first increase,then decrease and then increase,indicating that the degree of coordinated and orderly development is poor.Improving the orderliness of the quality-benefit subsystem,the innovation and development subsystem,and the green-intensive subsystem has played an important role in the coordinated and orderly development of the manufacturing transformation and upgrading system.The five subsystems of quality benefit,structural upgrading,innovative development,green and intensive development,and integrated development have good development capabilities,but the role relationships between the subsystems are different.Based on the results of empirical analysis,from adhering to the priority of quality and efficiency,speeding up the transformation of new and old kinetic energy;promoting structural upgrading and optimizing regional industrial layout;insisting on innovative development,improving the level of intelligent manufacturing,achieving green intensification,and building a green manufacturing system;promoting integrated development and building an industrial development ecology Policy recommendations are made in five areas.
