Abstract/Summary:
Semiconductor laser has been widely used in communication,detection,automatic control and other fields because of its small size,long life and simple manufacture.Therefore,people pay more and more attention to the development of digital power supply of semiconductor laser as an incentive source.At present,the development of digital power control system of semiconductor laser is mainly conducted by software engineers for code writing and testing,and hardware engineers for circuit design and testing.The hardware and software are separated from each other.This leads to the development process of code writing is not standard,not strong correlation,development cycle is too long and other problems.In this paper,model design method is used to develop the semiconductor laser power control system.Based on a set of control system model,the structure design and hardware and software in the loop test are carried out.Control system model generation code effectively avoids the problem of code writing is not standard.Software-hardware in-loop testing based on the same control system model improves the cooperation of software-software development.Compared with manual programming,the development cycle of the whole system is greatly shortened by using model design.In this paper,Buck topology is used as the main circuit of the semiconductor laser power supply system.The working principle of BUCK topology is analyzed deeply,and the parameters of each component are calculated in detail.The voltage and current double closed-loop compensation network is designed,and the Simulink closed-loop control model of the main circuit is built.Through the simulation,the continuous domain control model was converted into discrete domain control model,and the discrete domain control model subsystem was established.DSP 28335 chip was selected as the control chip,and software in the loop test(SIL)and hardware in the loop test(PIL)were carried out by Simulink software to verify the reliability and performance of the semiconductor laser power control system.Software-in-the-loop testing verifies the correctness and stability of software functions by running simulation models in a simulation environment,while hardware-in-the-loop testing verifies the actual performance and reliability of the system by combining actual hardware with simulation models.After passing the test,the code generation model was configured to generate the complete control code,which was burned into the processor after the CCS compilation was completed.According to the continuous domain closed-loop control model built by Simulink,the PCB layout of its main circuit was drawn,and the hardware was connected for experiments.By observing the experimental results,the feasibility of developing the power control system of semiconductor laser based on the model is verified,and the superiority of this method is also proved.Figure 41 table 4 reference 32...
