Farmland protection is always a crucial issue of national concern.In order to make sure food security,China has released a series of farmland protection policies and institutions.However,there are still many problems about farmland protection and supervision: the traditional farmland monitoring methods need to take a long time to update data,and the timeliness of data is poor.At the same time,the responsibility of farmland management is not fully implemented,the illegal occupation of non-agricultural construction and the abandonment of farmland still exist,and the illegal occupation of farmland occurs from time to time.To strictly observe the red line of farmland and ensure national food security,it is of great urgent to establish a farmland supervision platform on the basis of the policy of " Field chief system ".This platform can achieve accurate,efficient,and standardized management of farmland,and can timely identify and properly solve existing problems.It is of very significance to the protection of farmland.This study used GIS,RS,Internet and other technologies to process and study the source of monitoring data,and determines the grid management model according to the characteristics of the study area and the basis of grid division.Through the preliminary demand survey,determine the system requirements and functional modules,establish the system farmland management database,and design and implement the farmland supervision platform based on the "field head system".The main work of this study are as follows:(1)Division of grid data and management model construction.The grid data was based on city-county-township-village administrative division data,and the division standard and division method of arable land grid management are determined.The grid management model is established to determine the work and management process,and the field manager is the supervisor of the farmland of the grid to establish a four-level farmland supervision and patrolling mechanism.(2)Monitoring of farmland monitoring data changes.The data source come from the remote sensing image data of Sentinel-2,establishes the classification category of land use,processes the remote sensing image data of June,July and August 2022,classifies the remote sensing data using the random forest classification method,and obtains the land classification results with the overall classification accuracy of 90%.Through comparative identification and analysis,information on changes in arable land can be obtained.It is very important source of data in the arable land supervision platform.(3)System demand analysis and design of farmland supervision platform.Firstly,the functional and non-functional requirements are analyzed in the background of " Field chief system " requirements.Secondly,the overall system architecture,functional modules and database are designed according to the requirements analysis.Finally,the main functional modules are designed in detail.Complete the deployment of the basic modules of the system according to the design content of the cultivated land supervision system,use Vue,Spring Boot and other related development technologies to complete the front and back coding of the system functions,and finally realize the design and development of the farmland supervision platform.
