In recent years,with the massive growth of Internet data,the processing capacity of various heterogeneous data has been continuously improved.In view of the increasing data,knowledge graph provides a new idea for data processing.As a kind of domain knowledge,the use of general knowledge graph in avian studies has some problems,such as shallow knowledge.The unified representation of domain knowledge can be realized by constructing special domain knowledge graph and integrating all kinds of bird information.This thesis aims to construct a knowledge graph for Asian birds,based on which inference research is carried out.Firstly,we collected and integrated a large amount of ontology and entity information related to Asian birds by using literature research and knowledge acquisition methods of domain experts.Ontology building tools were used to model and organize the collected knowledge,resulting in the construction of a basic knowledge graph of Asian birds.Then,this thesis studies knowledge inference using knowledge graph of Asian birds.In this thesis,we propose a hybrid inference method integrating semantic paths,which can automatically infer new relationships between bird entities from the existing information in the graph.Finally,the knowledge service research based on the knowledge graph of Asian birds is carried out to meet various needs of users.The main work of this thesis includes the following aspects:(1)Construction of Asian bird domain ontology.Ontology construction knowledge graph can cover the entity,attribute,relationship and other aspects of domain knowledge.After determining relevant objectives,seven-step method combined with skeleton method is adopted to construct ontology with Protege tool.(2)Aiming at the problem of knowledge simplification of the knowledge graph of Asian birds initially constructed.By means of fusion semantic path,the entity and relation on the path are input iteratively by using RNN model which can process arbitrary length sequence,and finally a new knowledge relation is obtained.(3)Conduct research on the knowledge service of Asian birds to realize the application of the knowledge graph of Asian birds,and conduct demand analysis to determine relevant functional and non-functional requirements.Build the Asian bird knowledge service platform to provide knowledge inquiry,knowledge reasoning,intelligent question and answer services...
