Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(NPC),he has made many visits to the ecological and economic conditions of the Yellow River basin and made important speeches,the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River basin is listed as the national development strategy with the same status as the coordinated development of Beijing-tianjin-hebei and the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.“The biggest contradiction in the Yellow River basin is the shortage of water resources,” the 2021 said in its outline for ecological protection and high-quality development.According to the water supply and demand balance forecast in the medium-and long-term plan for the comprehensive utilization of water resources in Jinan Province,2.9% of the country will be short of water in 2030,the construction of the initial area of the new-old kinetic energy conversion will undoubtedly bring greater challenges to the supply and demand of water resources in Jinan.Therefore,it is urgent to realize the “Water-based Huangchuan County”,and the blue-green spatial planning has become an important breakthrough to ease the tight constraints on water resources.This research combs the dynamic transformation relation of "Water resources-urban landurban pattern-blue-green space-water resources",aiming at the reality problem of tight restriction of water resources,this thesis chooses the starting area of new-old kinetic energy conversion in Jinan to study the urban planning path of "Water-fixing city",and analyzes the role of blue-green space in relieving the pressure of water resources.First of all,through the study of the relationship between "Water resources and city scale",coupled with the "InVEST-SD" model,the thesis constructs the urban development path under the guidance of water resources,to realize the simulation and analysis of the urban land-use scale of Jinan starting area in 2035 under three scenarios: continuation type,economic development type and resource-constrained type,the thesis explores the urban planning path of "Determining the scale of a city by water".Secondly,based on the principles of accessible,quantifiable and pictorial,from the point of view of water resources,the selection of natural factors is mainly related to water resources,the spatial simulation system of "Water resources-urban pattern" is constructed,and the strict water space protection policy is implemented in the resource-constrained land use simulation,to judge the influence of water resources factors on the change of urban land use distribution,and further analyze the spatial growth characteristics of urban construction in Ji ’nan starting area of new-old kinetic energy conversion,this thesis provides the basis of water resources tight constraint for village amalgamation and urban development in the process of urban construction in this region,and explores the spatial simulation path of "Fixing urban pattern by water".Finally,based on the resource-constrained environment of urban development in 2035,the regional blue-green spatial pattern and construction spatial pattern are optimized simultaneously.Based on the principle of ecological integrity,coupled with the“MSPA-landscape connectivityminimum resistance model-gravity model”,the blue-green spatial pattern was initially formed,to judge the construction space with the most development potential in the region,to define the urban development group under the tight restriction of water resources,and to analyze the relationship between“Blue-green Space-urban group-water resources”,based on the principles of balance,systematicness and integrality,the initial pattern is improved,the blue-green spatial pattern is further optimized,and the urban development pattern of the starting area of Jinan’s new-old kinetic energy transformation is finally formed,in order to optimize the urban water ecological environment,according to the research of regional blue-green Space Network structure,improve the urban park system,the formation of“One core three corridors three districts” urban water ecological security pattern and“One ring three corridors four districts multi-point multi-connection” Jinan new-old kinetic energy conversion start area urban park system,explore the“Blue-green space by water” landscape planning path. |
