Administrative division refers to the system in which a country or local government divides the territory into different administrative regions for management and exercise of power,and manages and provides services according to a certain management system and organizational structure.This can improve the efficiency of government management and facilitate the allocation of public services and resources.In recent years,with the civil affairs department generating a large amount of administrative division information and data during the surveying and mapping process,how to efficiently manage the data and provide information sharing and data security protection functions for government services to meet the daily management needs of civil affairs has become an urgent problem to be solved.The administrative division information management system,as an information management system that integrates functions such as information collection,storage,management,display,analysis,and inquiry,can well meet the above needs.Based on the above problems,this paper conducts extensive research and sorts out the technologies involved in the administrative division information management system,including common front-end and back-end frameworks,micro-service architecture,Web GIS technology and vector data compression algorithms.On this basis,the entire system is divided into multiple services based on the microservice architecture,and the Spring Cloud framework is used for system design;introduce Sentinel fuse current limiting to realize service current limiting and degradation,transaction management technology to achieve transaction consistency,and service stateless design to achieve high system availability;through Spring Security OAuth2.0 combined with Gateway to realize system authority control and ensure system security;use PostgreSQL as the main database and combine Redis cache to improve the performance of the system to process data;use Vue.js and ArcGIS API for Java Script to realize the front-end display.At the same time,the Douglas-Peucker algorithm(DP)was improved to solve the problems of long network transmission caused by the huge geographical data in the system and affecting the user experience of the map page,and an innovative DP algorithm based on important value sorting and adaptive threshold was designed.,it is proved by experiments that the compression effect of this algorithm is better than that of DP algorithm and other improved algorithms.The administrative division information management system designed in this article can provide multiple functions for the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau,including map display and editing,geographic information maintenance,system monitoring,and user management.Based on the Spring Cloud framework and combined with technologies such as circuit breaker and flow control,service stateless design,and transaction management services,the system achieves high availability,scalability,and high security as a distributed system.
