| With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China, urban enterprises,as an important pillar of economic development, are developing rapidly, and the contradiction between the increasing number of enterprises and the limited urban space resources is prominent.Under the top-level solution of intensive development,on the one hand, the location of urban enterprises presents different degrees of spatial aggregation, realizing resource cost saving and market benefit expansion. On the other hand, due to the density of factory buildings, increased equipment and staggered pipelines, the risk of enterprise safety production continues to increase, and the existing emergency measures are difficult to adapt to the rapid development of enterprises has become a thorny problem of urban governance, seriously hindering urban modernization and social security and stability. To scientifically and objectively recognize the spatial distribution pattern of agglomeration effect of urban enterprises and comprehensively and systematically evaluate the risk of urban safety production is the basic work for investigation, prevention and even solution of major disasters and accidents of enterprises,as well as the core content of promoting the healthy development of urban enterprises and maintaining the long-term stability of the city. However, due to the limitations of traditional survey data, such as small cognitive scope, high cost and low timeliness, the current enterprise safety production risk assessment has some problems, such as lack of consideration of spatial relations of multi-source urban factors, high requirement of safety assessment survey data, and applicability to risk assessment of a single enterprise. It is difficult to support large-scale rapid decision support requirements such as urban scale safety production risk assessment. With the rapid development of information sensing technology, location awareness technology and Internet electronic map service, ubiquitous urban geographic data such as shops, malls and stations have become a new perceptron to understand the distribution pattern and internal relationship of urban elements. On the one hand, massive multi-source urban geographic data sources such as POI data, electronic map data, population distribution data and social event data provide a new opportunity for the cognition and evaluation of urban work safety. On the other hand, with the rapid development of spatial data mining technology, geospatial analysis technology and urban intelligent computing gradually merge and cross. Therefore, based on multi-source geographic data such as POI,electronic map, economic population distribution and other spatial analysis models and methods such as spatial clustering, spatial correlation and risk assessment, this paper studies the spatial distribution pattern and safety production risk assessment of urban enterprises’ intensive production. To provide scientific and transferable methods, ideas and knowledge services for the grasp of urban production safety situation, key early warning and optimization adjustment. The main research contents of this paper are as follows.(1)Explored the method of cognition of enterprise spatial pattern in Kunshan.Firstly, this paper summarizes the multi-source geospatial data of Kunshan, such as population, enterprise, hospital and traffic, and its pretreatment methods. Then, the kernel density analysis method is utilized to detect the spatial distribution of urban enterprises’ intensive development. At the same time, spatial clustering is used to detect the hot spots of urban enterprise distribution and quantitatively describe the intensive development areas.Furthermore, the spatial co-location pattern mining method is used to excavate the multiple co-location distribution rules among manufacturing related enterprises, which provides a qualitative and quantitative thinking for the discovery of spatial aggregation and association rules of enterprises.(2)Building the safety production risk assessment system of Kunshan.Firstly, the risk index of disaster-causing factors is constructed based on the risk in the production process of enterprises, the regional target exposure index is constructed based on the potential damage of residents and society, and the regional vulnerability index is constructed based on the spatialization of disaster relief and disaster reduction capacity.Furthermore,a risk assessment system for urban work safety tasks was constructed by considering the risk of regional disaster causing factors, regional target exposure and regional vulnerability. Finally, based on multi-source urban geographic data, the risk assessment and analysis of work safety in Kunshan is realized, which provides a wide range of cognitive services and decision-making knowledge support for the prevention and control of work safety in the city.(3)Developed safety production risk assessment system of urban enterprises.Adopts B/S architecture development service urban geographical spatial data visualization platform of safety production risk assessment, including three modules: risk assessment module integrating multi-source data, spatial distribution pattern mining of risk enterprises and spatial association pattern mining of multi-source and multi-level risks of enterprises. The visualization results of this platform are displayed through the actual multi-source geographic data of Kunshan city. Finally, the paper reviews and summarizes the whole work, and looks forward to some problems to be further studied. |
