| In this paper,in order to realize the synchronous forming of double EFP and reduce the influence of the detonation wave generated by the detonation of each other’s shaped charges,the material of the flameproof body,the distance between the shaped charges,the detonation time interval and the shaped charges are studied.The law of influence of four factors,such as deflection angle,on the simultaneous forming of double EFP,so that double EFP can form two projectiles with good shape and close distance in front of the target.The EFP scheme is mainly developed from the following aspects:(1)The dual EFP numerical simulation model was established,and the material of the flameproof body,the distance of the shaped charge,the detonation time interval,and the deflection angle of the shaped charge were studied by changing only one factor and keeping other conditions unchanged.The influence of four factors on the simultaneous forming of double EFP,the rules are as follows:(1)The material of the flameproof body can be selected from low-impedance materials such as phenolic resin or polystyrene,and avoid high-impedance metal materials such as steel,aluminum,etc.(2)Within a certain range,with the increase of the distance of the shaped charge,the effect of explosion-proof is more obvious.But beyond this range,the explosion-proof effect is not significant enough.Considering the overall size of the double EFP,the appropriate shaped charge spacing should be selected within a reasonable range.(3)The smaller the time interval for the detonation of the shaped charge,the better,it is best to keep it within 3,otherwise the detonation wave generated by the preferentially detonated charge will directly affect the detonation wave of the delayed detonation charge,resulting in the delayed detonation charge The drug-type shield of is not able to form properly.(4)In order to counteract the scattering effect of the detonation wave on the charge cover,so that the two EFPs can hit the target at close range at the same time,the deflection angle of the shaped charge needs to be set reasonably.When the angle is set too small,although each EFP can be formed normally,the distance between the two EFPs in front of the target is too large to achieve the effect of cumulative damage.When the angle is set too large,the two EFPs collide at a distance in front of the target,and the projectile is poorly formed and offsets part of the kinetic energy.(2)According to the influence law of four factors on the synchronous forming of dual EFP,32 feasible multi-factor integration schemes are arranged and combined and screened,a scheme evaluation model is established,and the weight of each scheme is calculated according to the queuing analysis method to obtain The first three groups of multi-factor integration schemes with the highest weights are selected,and the dual EFP forming effects of these three groups of schemes are compared through simulation analysis,and a feasible scheme is finally selected.(3)Carry out single EFP and double EFP penetration target test,and compare the test results with the numerical simulation results of(2).The analysis shows that the error between the two sets of data does not exceed 10%,indicating that numerical simulation can be used in the scheme.Research provides reference.It is verified that when the detonation time interval is milliseconds,the delayed detonation of the shaped charge occurs martyrdom.When the detonation time interval is within 3,double EFP can be formed normally.(4)Simulation analysis and experimental verification of single EFP and double EFP shockinitiated flat charges.The simulation analysis results show that the critical thickness H of the single EFP impact initiation flat charge is 13 mm,and the critical thickness H of the double EFP shock initiation flat charge is 17 mm.Compared with the single EFP,the damage capability of the dual EFP is improved by 30.77%.The test results show that a single EFP can impact detonate a 10 mm thick plate charge,but cannot impact detonate a 15 mm thick plate charge;double EFP can impact detonate a 15 mm thick plate charge,but cannot impact detonate a 20 mm thick plate charge.The experimental results well verify the results of the simulation analysis.In this paper,a base made of phenolic resin material with good flameproof performance is obtained.When the detonation time interval is controlled within 3,it can form a double EFP projectile with a close distance in front of the target and a well-formed projectile.The spacing of shaped charges is 68 mm and the deflection angle is 4°.The damage ability of double EFP is greatly improved than that of single EFP.The research in this paper can provide design experience for designing three or more multi-EFPs in the future. |
