Modern well-logging in oil fields,one of the most high-tech equipment, is of great significance in the oil industry。Offshore well-logging unit is the key equipment specially designed for the offshore logging perforating and salvaging operations。Offshore well-logging operation is complex,highly techonlogy-intensive and risky。With the technological process of drilling equipment,12000m drilling machines have come out。In order to satisfy such deep and ultra-deep well exploration requirements,this paper has made a study on design of the integrated ultra-deep offshore explosion-proof well-logging unit。Design features for the integrated ultra-deep offshore explosion-proof well-logging unit are as follows:1) A brief introduction is made to the major compoments , type and offshore well-logging process requirements。And on the basis of analyzing the current research at home and abroad and the existing problems,a brief description is given to the future development trend of offshore logging unit, as well as the purpose and significance for design and development of the integrated ultra-deep offshore explosion-proof well-logging unit。2) A description is made to basic requirements, functions and principles of the integrated ultra-deep offshore explosion-proof well- logging unit。, And the best design is fimalized after careful comparisons on the basis of analysis and selection of its major components, structure and component formation。.3) A determination is made to general structure design and basic parameters of the integrated ultra-deep offshore explosion-proof well-logging unit,on the basis of which a detailed parameter design and type selection is made to its major component systems such as the winch,hydraulic system braking system,main braking system,diesel engine and so on. And the parametres of the diesel engine is also checked。4) According to the logging speed requirements,a dual-motor drive mode hydraulic system is established。Based on the transmission principles ,a hydraulic components selection is made and the parametre is checked。5) According to the features of 12000m winch and its major components,comprehensive calculations are done to the model simplification,stress analysjis,stress calculation,static strength,fatigue and reliability of the winch shaft。And the intensity safe examination to the winch shaft is done。 6) The relation of winch speed and torque,winch wpeed and hydraulic system and enhance performance curve is established。The control system,including the engine speed control,positive pressure explosion-proof control,is emphatically studied。7) Through the study on design, a summary is made to the features of the integrated ultra-deep offshore explosion-proof well-logging unit and also market prospects are made to the type of products.
