| Traditional cartography is developing towards informatization and intelligentization.The application of cartography methods and techniques to geological mapping can be studied.Combining the knowledge of geology,cartography,GIS and other domains,taking machine learning algorithm as the core and supplemented by a variety of GIS basic algorithms,the intelligent geological mapping process is established,and the geological body recognition and geological body generalization methods are studied.The algorithm and other achievements are integrated into the intelligent geological mapping system,and the experimental data is used to verify the research results.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Establish intelligent geological mapping process: The intelligent geological mapping process takes the knowledge base of geological mapping experts as the core,including the steps of data preparation,intelligent generalization,quality inspection and result output.Geological body recognition technology provides rich data sources for intelligent geological mapping process.The geological body generalization method can deal with the geological body intelligently and get the result that meets the mapping requirement.(2)Construct the geological body intelligent recognition model: It is designed that the geological body recognition of raster geological map needs to go through image clipping,text extraction,color segmentation,edge detection and other key steps.Using Python language to implement the machine learning algorithm of color segmentation and related GIS algorithm.The recognition results can be used as new data to meet the requirements of geological mapping.(3)Develop intelligent geological mapping system: The intelligent geological mapping system is designed,which includes geological body merging,eliminating small geological body,geological body smoothing and other methods.Based on Visual Studio(C#),Arc GIS Engine and Python,the prototype of intelligent geological mapping system in C/S mode was developed.With the intelligent geological mapping process as the main line,geological body recognition and geological body generalization tasks are carried out.The real data verify that the intelligent geological mapping system can effectively reduce the workload and improve the work efficiency.Intelligent geological body recognition expands the data source of intelligent geological mapping process,and the geological body generalization method strengthens the intelligent geological mapping method.The establishment and use of intelligent geological mapping system can improve the efficiency of geological mapping and provide a new idea for automatic geological mapping technology. |
