The slicing process is a key process for shaping and enhancing the flavor of selenium rich green tea.By slicing,a certain amount of water is discharged from the tea leaves,and the tea leaves are shaped into specific shapes.Selenium rich green tea requires high temperature and uniformity during the slicing process.In response to this requirement,this article intends to adopt an integrated control system for electromagnetic stripe management of selenium rich green tea for research,electromagnetic strip has advantages such as fast heating,good temperature uniformity,high thermal conversion efficiency,and clean energy.In this paper,the integrated control system of electromagnetic striping for selenium-rich green tea is studied.First,the basic principle of electromagnetic heating is explained,and the magnetic and thermal coupling is explained with COMSOL software.The striping process of selenium-rich green tea and the mechanical structure of the striping machine are introduced.The COMSOL software is used for numerical simulation and analysis,and the model is built in the AC/DC module.The four single coil models designed are simulated and analyzed.The method of controlling variables is used to adjust and control the different influencing factors,and the factors affecting the temperature and uniformity of the metal thermal conductivity layer are simulated and analyzed.The single-coil model of the optimal temperature uniformity is built into the multi-coil model for simulation analysis.The hardware part and software part of the integrated system are designed.The hardware part includes the drive module,control module,temperature acquisition module,motor speed regulation module and human-computer interaction module.The control module circuit includes GD32F303CGT6 core circuit,electromagnetic heating control circuit,auxiliary power circuit,etc.The drive module includes IGBT drive half-bridge circuit,STM32F103C8T6 control circuit,resonant coil overcurrent protection current sampling circuit,etc.The software part includes control module software design and drive module software design.The control module software design includes temperature control system program,motor speed control program and human-computer interaction screen design.Finally,build and test the integrated system platform of electromagnetic conditioning for selenium-rich green tea.The system test results indicate that the use of electromagnetic heating to achieve heating control of the integrated system for selenium rich green tea processing has the advantages of rapid heating,good temperature uniformity,easy control,and energy conservation.Within a certain range,the smaller the current intensity,the higher the frequency,and the larger the spacing,the better the temperature uniformity.After controlling the electromagnetic induction heating device to start working,scan from high frequency to low frequency,and stop the frequency reduction when the maximum output power value is found.The coil is heated at maximum power.
