At present,focused ultrasound technology is widely used in the medical field and the field of ultrasonic processing.In order to explore the possibility of using focused ultrasound technology in the field of ultrasonic cleaning,this paper uses the principle of ultrasonic focusing to build a theoretical model of focused ultrasound,and build a focused ultrasound cleaning device to verify the distribution of focused ultrasound sound field,and further study cleaning efficiency of focused ultrasonic cleaning.A two-dimensional model of a single-pulse point sound source was established to verify the focus and attenuation of sound propagation.Using the two-dimensional axisymmetric model to simulate the focused sound field of the line sound source,it is found that the ultrasonic frequency of 40 kHz is more suitable for industrial ultrasonic cleaning.a threedimensional model was constructed According to the sound pressure distribution on different sections,the sound wave focusing theory was verified;finally,a three-dimensional model was established to simulate the situation of cleaning objects in the sound field,and the sound pressure distribution of the cleaning objects in the sound field was obtained,and the sound in the sound field was found The pressure causes a fluid load on the cleaning object,and the fluid load will cause a slight deformation on the surface of the cleaning object.A focused ultrasonic cleaning device was built,and the sound pressure distribution in the sound field was verified by the film corrosion method.The experimental results show that there is an area of energy concentration near the central axis of the device.The corrosion of aluminum foil is more serious near the central axis of the vertical plane,and the corrosion of aluminum foil around the center of the horizontal plane is more serious.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results,which verifies the simulation results.rationality.Use the built focused ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ordinary cleaning equipment to do ultrasonic cleaning experiments to verify the practical application value of the focused ultrasonic cleaning equipment.The experimental results show that in the experiment of comparing the time used to remove the same quality of grease,the cleaning rate of the focused ultrasonic cleaning device is increased by 77.27% compared with the ordinary cleaning device;in the experiment of comparing the amount of ultrasonic cleaning in the same cleaning time,the focus is The cleaning efficiency of ultrasonic cleaning blind hole parts is1.6 times that of ordinary ultrasonic cleaning,and the cleaning efficiency of focused ultrasonic cleaning through-hole parts is 2.21 times that of ordinary ultrasonic cleaning.Through two cleaning experiments,it is verified that the cleaning efficiency of the focused ultrasonic cleaning model is higher than that of ordinary ultrasonic cleaning,indicating that focused ultrasonic cleaning is an effective way to achieve high-efficiency cleaning and has certain practical application value. |
