The deep-water pressure simulator is used to simulate the deep-sea environment under laboratory conditions in order to verify the adaptability,safety and reliability of the deep-water working components and instruments,which is of great significance for the development of deep-water working components in the ocean.This paper focuses on the design and analysis of the pressure simulation cylinder and pressure control system of the marine deepwater pressure simulation device.The background and significance of the research of the marine deep-water pressure simulation test apparatus are explained.The current status of the development of pressure simulation test devices at home and abroad is introduced;the current status of research on pressure simulation device control methods and strategies is introduced;the current status of research on the mechanism of liquid pressure formation and the compressibility and effective volume elastic modulus of liquids that affect pressure control is introduced.The design scheme of the marine deep-water pressure simulation device is proposed.According to the design requirements of the system,the scheme design of the pressure simulation control system is carried out;then,according to the principle of liquid compressibility,the control scheme of indirectly controlling the system pressure by using high-pressure nitrogen control pressure transfer device is proposed;the analysis of the working process of the marine deep-water pressure simulation device is carried out.The design and analysis of the pressure-bearing structure of the main body of the pressure simulation cylinder and the wedge ring sealing structure were carried out,and the main components of the pressure simulation cylinder were calibrated through theoretical calculations.ANSYS software was used to carry out finite element analysis on the main structure of the pressure simulator and the sealing structure to verify the pressure-bearing and sealing performance of the pressure simulator.Based on the technical requirements of the pressure simulation system and the overall control objectives of the system,a pressure simulation control scheme using the combined control principle of high pressure pneumatics and hydraulic balance is proposed.Based on the theoretical analysis,the pressure simulation system is modelled using AMESim based on PID control theory and fuzzy control theory,and the response curves of the pressure simulation control system at different signal frequencies are simulated and analysed.At the same time,the dynamic and static characteristics of the conventional PID and fuzzy PID controllers under different signal responses are analysed using the AMESim-Simulink joint simulation method,and the control effect of the fuzzy PID controller for the pressure simulation control system is verified,thus completing the design of the fuzzy PID controller.
