Investigation of the deep-sea microbes has great significance for the deep-sea sciences. Equipment for cultivating subsurface microbe is a key factor in the investigation of the deep-sea microbes. And the working characteristic of the high pressure flowing system for cultivating benthal microbes concern the success —fail of the culture of microorganism.In this paper, a model of high pressure flowing system for cultivating benthal microbes has been established. On the basis of the mathematical modeling of the system, the simulation on the system is implemented and the important parameters of the system are analyzed. The results show that the method presented in the paper is feasible to the system, and lay the good foundation for the further development of the cultivating system.The thesis includes five chapters.Chapter 1 is a survey. The current developments in the field of culturing microbes from country to aboard. Several deep-sea microbes culturing equipments are analysed, Some basic theories and studies of high-temperature and high-pressure simulate platform is introduced.Based on above summarization, the background, significance, research objective and main task of this paper are discussed in detail.Chapter 2: First of all, the author discussed the function of each important component. Model of each component has been established. On the basis, simulation of these components are discussed .Further research about working characteristic of each component is analyzed.Chapter 3: The dynamic mathematics model of deep—sea microbes culturing system is established on the basis of analyzing function of all modules. Optimum design is done on the basis of research on working characteristics.Chapter 4: In this chapter, the author mainly discussed simulation results and validity of system models. Finally, the simulation results is analyzedChapter 5: Summarize, The prospect of further research work was put forward.
