| Objective: With the development of fitness concept and technique, people have realized the importance of different sitting posture barbell shoulder push training to the development of upper limb muscles, however, there is no basic scientific experimental research on whether there are differences in the working characteristics and training effects of muscles with different movement modes, the purpose of this study was to investigate the muscle working characteristics of barbell shoulder push in four different sitting positions: Front-neck narrow grip,front-neck wide grip,back-neck narrow grip and back-neck wide grip, and to compare the differences among them, the aim of this paper is to provide reference for the further improvement of training methods, and to provide reasonable theoretical guidance and suggestions for the trainers to choose appropriate training modes and methods. Methods: Firstly, the relevant concepts of this study were explained through the literature method and the relevant researches of domestic and foreign scholars were summarized and commented. Then, according to the basic principles of motor morphology,High speed camera and Mega Win600016 channel wireless Bluetooth telemetry myograph were used to collect the surface electromyography of muscles of14 subjects from Xi ’an Physical Education University special team when they were doing barbell shoulder push.Finally,one-way analysis of variance was applied. In addition,LSD was used to conduct multiple comparison of surface EMG characteristics of barbell shoulder push in different sitting modes to explore the differences.P < 0.05 meant significant difference,P < 0.01 meant very significant difference.Results:(1)There were significant differences among the 8 muscles tested in the 4 different lifting modes(p < 0.05),no matter in the combination of grip posture and grip distance, the RMS discharge of anterior deltoids, superior trapezius, upper pectoralis major and middle deltoid muscle ranked the first 4,and the contribution of anterior deltoid muscle and RMS ranked the first, and with other 7 muscles have very significant difference(p < 0.01),The RMS and contribution rate of biceps brachii, posterior deltoid and latissimus dorsi ranked the third in the four modes, and there was no significant difference among the three muscles(p > 0.05).(2)The RMS discharge level and contribution rate of the anterior deltoid muscle and the upper pectoralis major muscle in the barbell-shoulder-press mode were significantly higher than those in the posterior neck, especially the upper pectoralis major muscle(p < 0.01),the RMS and contribution rate of upper trapezius and deltoid middle and posterior fascicles were significantly higher than those of upper trapezius and deltoid, and there was a significant difference between them(p < 0.05),there was no significant difference in biceps brachii, triceps brachii and latissimus dorsi among the 4 types of lifting patterns(P > 0.05).(3)all muscle groups follow the rule of flexor at the back of extensor anterior muscle, and the flexor shoulder muscle groups exert force from the fixed end to the free end in turn. The discharge time of deltoid anterior bundle is the earliest in all the lifting modes, and latissimus dorsi is the latest, the discharge time of pectoralis major was earlier than that of posterior neck, and the discharge time of upper trapezius and middle bundle of deltoid was earlier than that of anterior neck. There were significant differences between them(p < 0.01).(4)there were significant differences in the anterior, middle, posterior, superior trapezius, triceps brachii and pectoralis major among the four different lifting patterns(p < 0.05),however,there was no significant difference between biceps brachii and latissimus dorsi at different stages, and the change of grip distance had no significant effect on the RMS discharge level and contribution rate of the tested muscle groups at the centripetal or centrifugal stages, but the different grip posture will make the muscle groups have obvious changes, the movement of muscle changes are consistent with the whole lift.Conclusion:(1)In the four types of postural barbell shoulder push modes,front-neck narrow grip,front-neck wide grip,back-neck narrow grip and back-neck wide grip, the anterior deltoid tract, the middle tract, upper trapezius and upper pectoralis major muscles were the main power-generating muscle groups, the triceps brachii was the secondary muscle group, while the posterior bundle of deltoid, biceps brachii and latissimus dorsi were the auxiliary muscle groups.(2)The anterior deltoid, superior trapezius and middle deltoid muscles were stimulated best by the anterior cervical barbell and the posterior cervical push.(3)There was no significant difference in muscle contraction between 100% SW and 150% SW.(4)The anterior deltoid muscle was the most important muscle in the four different types of weight lifting, and the stimulation effect was the most significant, and the activation time was the earliest; No matter which mode, the stimulation of biceps brachii, posterior deltoid and latissimus dorsi was the least, and the activation time was the latest. |
