The accuracy and reliability of upper limb motor function evaluation are paid more attention by experts and scholars in the field of rehabilitation. In this paper,we use the surface Electromyography(s EMG)acquisition technology to analyze the s EMG signal, evaluate the movement function quantitatively, and study the muscle synergy and intermuscular coupling in the process of different grip strength and the generation of three-dimensional force. The former provides a new idea for the intermuscular coupling relationship, and the latter combines muscle synergy and coupling, which can not only verify the control mode of the central nervous system, but also find the internal relationship between muscle synergy and coupling. In order to provide a new direction for the evaluation of stroke patients' motor function,we further compare the differences of synergistic muscle pairs coupling between stroke and healthy people, and combine the muscle synergy-coupling analyzed with the Fugl Meyer score of stroke patients. The main research contents of this project are as follows:Firstly,a new method based on non-negative matrix factorization and complex network is proposed. The non-negative matrix factorization was introduced into the frequency band extraction of intermuscular coupling, which can effectively extract the main contribution frequency and the corresponding coupling information of motion control, then the muscle network was constructed under different conditions, using the characteristics of complex network to evaluate the construct coupling. This method was applied to the coupling analysis of multi-channel s EMG signals under different grip forces of the upper limbs of healthy people. It was found that there are significant differences in the activation degree of muscles under different grip forces;the intermuscular coupling was more significant in 10-20 Hz bands;and the coupling degree changes significantly with the increase of grip forces in 10-20 Hz bands.Secondly,a muscle synergy and intermuscular coupling analysis method was proposed, which extracted muscle synergy from the degree of freedom by using non-negative matrix factorization, and which quantitatively analyzes the coupling relation of the synergistic and the non-synergistic muscle pairs. The effective quantitative analysis of motor function evaluation was carried out from the effective combination of central nervous control motor mode and neural information transmission. This method was used to analyze the s EMG signal under the action of force generation in three-dimensional space. It was found that with the increase of force, the synergistic muscle pairs show significant coupling relationship, and the coupling is significantly enhanced. And in eight subspaces, there is no significant difference in the coupling of each synergistic muscle pair, which better matches the model of muscle synergy. Finally, the surface EMG signals collected by stroke patients in the experiment of force generation in three-dimensional space were analyzed by the method of muscle synergy and intermuscular coupling analysis. And the coupling of the synergistic muscle pair was compared with the results of healthy subjects. The significant area index of the synergistic muscle pair was extracted and the Fugl Meyer score was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient. The research shows that there are significant changes in the add module of the muscle module in stroke patients, and there is high coupling in the synergistic muscle, and the significant area index in the three frequency bands of alpha, beta and gamma is directly proportional to the motor function score.
