The Three Gorges Reservoir Area is a high-risk and high-incidence area for landslide disasters.Among various types of landslide disasters, the stratified rockslide along bedding planes has the characteristics of being highly prone to occur, with a huge scale and significant harm. With the in-depth research on landslide control, the evaluation of the effectiveness of landslide engineering control is an indispensable step.In order to study the effectiveness of control measures for stratified rockslides in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, this paper collected data on stratified rockslides in the area and established a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the effectiveness of control measures.Taking the typical traction-type engineering landslide in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,i.e.,the Tiande Village stratified rockslide,as an example, the evaluation research of control effectiveness was carried out,and the main contents and results are as follows:(1)Collecting data on 41 large-scale and above stratified rockslides in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area and analyzing their regional characteristics, distribution rules, and inducing factors, statistical analysis shows that the controlling lithology of landslide development is mainly interbedded sand mudstones of the Jurassic period, and the Xujiahe sandstone, coal seams, and the Badong Formation mudstone and limestone slope;the inducing factors of landslides are mainly human engineering activities and rainfall;stratified rockslides are prone to develop in areas with strong neotectonic movement, and locations with large differences in stratum boundaries and permeability are prone to form sliding surfaces.(2)Based on the engineering geological conditions and sliding mechanism analysis of the Tiande Village landslide, the GDEM software was used to simulate the entire process of continuous to discontinuous sliding before and after landslide control. It was verified that the sliding mode was a traction-type slide along bedding planes.Combined with monitoring results(surface displacement, deep displacement, anchor stress,anti-sliding pile steel stress,anti-sliding pile top displacement)and numerical analysis calculations after landslide control, the stability coefficient increased from 0.836 to 1.413 after control, which comprehensively verified the effectiveness of control measures.(3)Treating the evaluation of the effectiveness of control measures for stratified rockslides as a fuzzy system, four primary evaluation factors, including geological conditions, engineering control, monitoring, and others, and 22 secondary evaluation factors were selected. The evaluation level was divided into "excellent, good, fair, and poor." The weight of each factor was calculated using the three-scale hierarchical analysis method and entropy weight method.According to the membership function and expert experience, the membership degree of each evaluation factor was determined comprehensively, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the effectiveness of control measures for stratified rockslides in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area was constructed.(4)Using the constructed evaluation model, the landslide in Tiande Village was evaluated.Based on the corresponding membership degrees of each evaluation factor and their weight coefficients,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix was calculated.According to the principle of maximum membership degree, the level of treatment effect was judged to be "excellent".
