Study On Site Selection Of Earthquake Disaster Emergency Material Reserve

The Emergency Material Reserve Bank plays an important role in improving the ability of emergency material support,and is one of the important facilities to deal with emergencies.It is very important to strengthen the construction of emergency material reserve and ensure the sufficient material supply when the emergency happens,which can provide the necessary guarantee for the emergency response.Although the construction of the emergency material reserve is very important,it is also very important to select the suitable geographical location of the facilities and allocate sufficient resources.Only when geographical location and resource allocation are taken into account,can the efficiency and level of emergency stocks be improved to ensure timely and effective response to emergencies.Many experts and scholars have done a lot of research and put forward a lot of constructive opinions and suggestions in response to the needs of various emergencies,the purpose is to provide a scientific and reasonable solution to the problem of the location of the emergency material reserve.These research results provide important support and guidance for improving the efficiency and capability of emergency management.On this premise,this paper makes a deep research on the location of the emergency material reserve base under the condition of multi-objective,and focuses on solving two key problems: first,how to determine the proper objective function,the other is what kind of effective solution method is adopted.Through systematic and scientific research,this paper provides a new idea and method for the site selection of emergency material reserve,and provides all-round and multi-angle guarantee measures for dealing with unexpected events.The main findings are as follows:(1)Based on a large number of literature reading and consulting data,the latest progress of the research on the theory and method of the emergency material reserve,the location target of the key emergency material reserve and the location solution method of the emergency material reserve are summarized.(2)This paper analyzes and summarizes the concept,principle,constraints and target of the location of emergency materials storage,and compares four kinds of basic location models.(3)This paper studies the decision-making problem of multi-objective emergency material reserve,including the comprehensive analysis and summary of the location concept,the location principle,the location restriction factor and the location target,four kinds of basic location models in common use are summarized and compared.On this basis,a multi-objective decision-making model is constructed,which takes cost,time and space as the precondition of scientific and reasonable location decision-making.According to the concrete example,we study the basic data carefully and bring it into the model to carry on the computation,finally obtains this model to display the quite good applicability in the emergency material reserve storehouse location decision-making question,this also proves the reliability of our analysis and research results.
