Research On Supplier Selection Of H Enterprise Based On Probabilistic Language Environment

With the rapid development of social economy,people’s living standard is higher and higher,all kinds of goods penetration increases gradually,commodity production and related supply chain activities more and more complex.The sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 upset people life rhythm,puts the traffic in a certain degree of paralysis,because at the same time,enterprises will be under the influence of COVID-19 and exposed to the risk of supply chain So enterprises in the fierce competition in the market environment and in the new era background,to enhance their core competitiveness,to realize the importance of persistence partners and suppliers,is beneficial to strengthen the relationship between enterprises and suppliers,as well as the enterprise’s ability to resist risk,help enterprise health sustained development to raise their competitiveness Therefore,how to choose suitable for their own development is particularly important to suppliers By reading lots of literature at home and abroad,this paper based on the theory of probability and fuzzy linguistic multiple attribute group decision making supplier evaluation system establishment and choice,to build the chip to the H enterprise supplier selection probability linguistic multiple attribute group decisionmaking method,the main research content of this article have the following several aspects:(1)Supplier evaluation and selection is the focus of current academia and enterprises.Effective supplier management is crucial to the entire supply chain of enterprises.Therefore,how to build a supplier evaluation index system is also an important part of establishing a scientific and reasonable supplier selection and management system This thesis focuses on the principle of supplier selection of H enterprise and combines the actual situation to construct the evaluation index system of H enterprise.On this basis,appropriate experts are selected to evaluate and score each index under the index system.(2)Solutions are proposed for the problems existing in the evaluation and selection of chip suppliers of H enterprise The specific content under the evaluation index is not comprehensive enough.There is no difference in the weight of evaluation experts and evaluation index.The evaluation index system does not include all suppliers Aiming at the problems of H companies mentioned above,this thesis carried out on the relationship between the enterprise how to choose the supplier of research,which is improved,in this thesis,the expert scoring in the form of probability linguistic term set for each supplier of each indicator to evaluate,and use of dispersion thought of expert weight and index weight is calculated,thus improved after supplier After selecting the evaluation system,this thesis selects the priority order of each supplier through the improved evaluation indicator system,the combination of selection and elimination conversion method ELECTRE and order preference solution method TOPSIS and TODIM based on ideal similarity to improve the supplier selection method of H enterprise,and makes a comparative analysis The research results of this thesis are helpful for H enterprise to optimize the methods and strategies of supplier relationship management,and provide reference for other enterprises in the sub-industry in the corresponding methods and strategies of supplier relationship management...
