| With the acceleration of urbanization in China,more and more professionals are involved in urban planning and construction.A successful site selection can not only meet the needs of the construction project itself,but also make city more colorful.The site selection of construction projects needs to consider many factors,such as economic cost,transportation network and environmental impact,which requires experts from various fields to evaluate the site selection scheme from various aspects.The existing evaluation methods of experts mostly use real numbers to score.But in some cases,experts in various fields may not understand other fields,and the scores given may be hesitant and ambiguous.This thesis presents a new method of probabilistic linguistic multiple-attribute group decision making(PL-MAGDM)and applies it to the site selection of Yangbu bridge construction project in Yangbu town,Yugan county.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)In this thesis,we improve the existing normalization method of probabilistic linguistic term set(PLTS),and propose a normalization method considering the psychological state of experts by using the normal distribution in probability theory.Then,we improve the existing score function of PLTS,define a new score function of PLTS,give a new distance measure of PLTS,discuss the properties of the new score function and distance measure.(2)By using probability degree algorithm,a best and worst method(BWM)satisfying additive consistency is proposed,which is used to obtain the weight of individual subjective attributes of experts.Then,information entropy measure is used to calculate the individual objective attribute weight of experts.According to the principle of minimum relative entropy,an optimization model is constructed a to derive the individual comprehensive attribute weight of experts.(3)Aiming at the problem of PL-MAGDM,using the decision matrix information given by the experts,combining the weight of the expert’s individual comprehensive attribute and the weight of the expert’s collective comprehensive attribute.Based on the least deviation method,an optimization model is built to objectively determine the weight of the expert.(4)Based on this,we propose a new PL-MAGDM method proposed to the site selection of Yangbu Bridge construction project in Yangbu town,Yugan county,make a detailed comparative analysis with the probabilistic linguistic PROMETHEE method and TODIM method to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method. |
