As one of the most important means of production in the information society, vector geographic data is an indispensable strategic resource in the national economy and national defense construction. However, with the widespread application of vector geographic data in engineering, the number of incidents of infringement and illegal use of vector geographic data in the process of use is increasing. Therefore, there is an urgent need for effective technical means to copyright vector geographic data.Digital watermarking technology is one of the most important technologies for vector geographic data copyright protection, which can effectively solve the determination of data copyright and the accountability of infringement. However, traditional digital watermarking technology embeds watermark information in data, which will cause data accuracy to change and cannot be applied to high-precision data.In order to solve the problem of data accuracy, some scholars put forward the concept of zero watermark, which constructs zero watermark information by extracting important features of the data, and will not make any modifications to the original data,so the zero watermark technology can effectively solve the problem of data accuracy.Since the zero-watermark technology cannot trace the origin of data, some scholars propose to apply blockchain technology to data copyright protection, which can effectively prove the ownership of data and realize data traceability with its characteristics of decentralization and chain structure. This paper uses the combination of zero watermark and blockchain technology to construct a vector geographic data copyright protection model, and analyzes the existing zero watermark algorithm and blockchain technology. In order to solve some problems in the current copyright protection of vector geographic data,a zero-watermark algorithm suitable for vector geographic data is proposed, and it is combined with IPFS network and blockchain technology to realize data traceability. The research content of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the research status of digital watermarking technology and blockchain at home and abroad, and analyzes its current problems. The concept, characteristics and classification of digital watermarking technology were sorted out.The principle, attack type and algorithm evaluation of zero watermark technology are summarized.Introduced the concepts and core technologies related to blockchain.(2)Aiming at the problem of insufficient robustness of the existing zero watermark algorithm for vector geographic data,a zero-watermarking algorithm for vector geographic data using Tyson polygons is proposed. The algorithm constructs Tyson polygons on the extracted feature points, constructs a binary feature matrix by using the Tyson polygon adjacency relationship and perimeter size, and finally XOR with the scrambled watermark image to generate a zero-watermark image.Experimental results show that the algorithm can resist common attacks such as translation, rotation, scaling, clipping and simplification, and has strong robustness, which provides technical support for the copyright protection of high-precision vector geographic data.(3)Aiming at the fact that the zero-watermark technology cannot trace the origin of the original data,it is proposed to combine the zero-watermark technology,IPFS network and blockchain technology to build a copyright protection model.Design the overall framework and process, store data in the IPFS network, deploy relevant smart contracts, and finally simulate in the ant alliance chain, which provides a new idea for the copyright protection of vector geographic data.
