Objectives: This study investigates the reliability and validity of two sports smart bracelets in monitoring heart rate in different sports,which helps to monitor the physical health,physiological function and recovery of sick people,and provides some theoretical basis and reference significance for sports rehabilitation,sports health care,medical health and public fitness,and contributes to the goal of a healthy China and a strong sports country.Research methods: One hundred and twenty subjects who met the requirements were recruited from Hong Feiyang Swimming and Fitness and Capital University of Physical Education and Sports,and were divided into running group(n=20),equipment group(n=20),dynamic cycling group(n=20),basketball group(n=20),badminton group(n=20),and swimming group(n=20),and each sport was tested for60 minutes of exercise.During this process subjects wore four sports bracelets and one Polar heart rate armband,and the consistency and reliability of the smart bracelets were analyzed by comparing the values and mean absolute error percentages of the tests between the two bracelets and the Polar heart rate armband.The reliability was expressed by calculating the intra-group correlation coefficient between the same two bracelet measurements.Research results:(1)In kinetic cycling,the reliability of brand A bracelets ranged from moderate to excellent,while the reliability of brand B bracelets were both above 0.9;the validity of brand A ranged from poor to excellent,and the validity of brand B bracelets ranged from good to excellent.(2)In running exercise,the reliability of brand A bracelet was between good and excellent,while the reliability of brand B was high,both above 0.9;the validity of brand A and brand B bracelets were between good and excellent.(3)In resistance training,the reliability of brand A bracelet was between good and excellent,and the reliability of brand B bracelet was between low and excellent;the validity of brand A bracelet and brand B was between poor and excellent.(4)In basketball,the reliability of brand A bracelets ranged from low to good,and the reliability of brand B bracelets ranged from yes to low to good;the validity of brand A bracelets and brand B bracelets ranged from low to good.(5)In badminton,brand A is between low to good,only brand A bracelet has poor validity for the lowest heart rate,and brand B bracelet has between moderate to excellent reliability;brand A bracelet has between low to good validity,and brand B bracelet has between moderate to excellent validity.(6)In swimming exercise,the consistency of brand A bracelet was in the range of good to excellent,while the consistency of brand B bracelet was in the range of moderate to excellent;the accuracy of brand A bracelet was in the range of low to good,while the accuracy of brand B bracelet was in the range of low to excellent.Conclusions: 1.Among the heart rate related indexes tested by the two bracelets,the one with the worst reliability and validity is the highest heart rate.2.Among the tested sports,the two bracelets monitor the worst reliability and validity of heart rate results in basketball;the best reliability and validity results in running sports.3.Brand A bracelets have poor reliability in basketball,good in badminton,and excellent in other sports in the process of testing the average heart rate index;in the validity test.4.Brand B sports bracelets had good reliability in basketball,good in badminton and swimming,and excellent in other sports;brand B validity performed moderately in basketball test,good in resistance training and swimming validity in other sports.
