Abstract/Summary:
The line structured light scanning technology based on laser triangulation has always been a research hotspot in the direction of 3D surface topography measurement due to its advantages of high precision,large range and convenient measurement The key technologies involved in the line structured light scanning system mainly include system frame design,on-site vision system calibration algorithm and line structured light scanning algorithm.Aiming at the key technologies involved in the line structured light scanning system,the following research work is carried out in this thesis:A set of perfect on-site calibration scheme of linear structured light vision system is proposed and implemented.In this scheme,only one checkerboard calibration board is needed to complete all the calibration processes.Compared with the traditional calibration process,the complexity and cost of the experiment are greatly reduced under the premise that the calibration accuracy is lower than a single pixel.For line structured light extraction,this thesis proposes a line structured light extraction algorithm based on ridge tracking.The algorithm uses the idea of ridge tracking to scan the light bar,which improves the efficiency of light bar extraction,and realizes the sub-pixel extraction of the light bar by using the gradient characteristic of the light bar.In the simulation experiment,the accuracy of this algorithm is less than 0.5 pixels,and the extraction efficiency is improved by 4 times compared with the traditional Steger algorithm.In practical experiments,it is proved that this algorithm can extract most light strip images within 100ms with excellent accuracy.Compared with other traditional algorithms,it has higher robustness and can adapt to light strip extraction in most application scenarios.Aiming at the limitations of traditional linear structured light system,such as single function and poor reusability,this thesis proposes a set of iterative linear structured light system solutions.In this thesis,two sets of monocular systems are used to form a binocular scanning system to solve the problem of visual occlusion in the monocular system.scanning.In this thesis,three groups of scanning systems are implemented,and the scanning point cloud is modeled.The experimental accuracy of the system is less than 1mm,and the details of the generated model are clear,realizing the whole process from scanning to modeling.Compared with the traditional line structured light scanning system,the iterable line structured light scanning system designed in this thesis combines the self-developed light strip extraction algorithm and calibration process,with high reusability and simple implementation,and can achieve high-precision and wide-range three-dimensional scanning extraction has high application value.
