With the rapid development of economy and the deepening of urbanization,cultivated land resources have been occupied by construction land,and the quantity and quality of cultivated land have been greatly affected.At the same time,the contradiction between population,resources and environment has become increasingly prominent.The protection of cultivated land has become an urgent matter,which has attracted widespread attention in academia.People ’ s understanding of the value of cultivated land is more on the economic value,ignoring its important role in social and ecological aspects.Understanding the value connotation of cultivated land,fully understanding the accounting method of cultivated land value,and analyzing the spatial distribution difference and its driving force can effectively improve the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources.Quantifying the value connotation of cultivated land resources is of great practical significance to maintain the long-term stable development of the country.Based on the previous research results,this paper draws on relevant theories and research results,takes the urban agglomeration in the central basin of Shanxi Province as the research area,understands the connotation and quantitative methods of the value of cultivated land resources,analyzes the spatial distribution law of the value of cultivated land resources,and uses the spatial autocorrelation model to analyze whether there is a spatial agglomeration effect,and uses the geographical weighted regression model to analyze and evaluate the driving factors of the value of cultivated land resources,and accordingly puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the value of cultivated land resources.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows :(1)From the perspective of value structure,there are great differences in the value of cultivated land resources in different regions.From 2015 to 2019,the comprehensive value of cultivated land resources in the urban agglomeration of the central basin of Shanxi Province increased from 3.0 × 106 million yuan to 3.7 × 106 million yuan,an increase of21.6 %.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the values in the southeast of the urban agglomeration in the central basin of Shanxi are relatively high.The high value areas of economic value are distributed in Yuci District,Taigu District,Qingxu County and Qi County.The high value areas of social value are distributed in Qingxu County,Wenshui County,Fenyang City and Pingyao County.The high value areas of ecological value are distributed in Yuci District,Taigu District,Qi County and Pingyao County.(2)The economic value,social value,ecological value and comprehensive value of cultivated land in each county of the urban agglomeration in the central basin of Shanxi have spatial distribution agglomeration characteristics.All kinds of values are mainly manifested as’ high-high ’ agglomeration and ’ low-low ’ agglomeration,which have a positive correlation in spatial location.The ’ high-high ’ agglomeration of comprehensive value is mainly distributed in Qingxu County,Taigu County,Qi County,Pingyao County and Wenshui County.’Low-Low ’ agglomeration is mainly distributed in Jiancaoping District,Wanbailin District,Xinghualing District and Yangqu County.(3)The influence of various factors on the urban agglomeration in the central basin of Shanxi has obvious spatial heterogeneity.The influencing factors are mainly divided into natural conditions,location conditions,farming conditions and other conditions.Natural conditions include terrain factors,location conditions include road accessibility,farming conditions include irrigation guarantee rate,rural road network density,other conditions include multiple cropping index,per capita arable land.Among them,terrain and road accessibility have limited effects on the value of cultivated land resources in the urban agglomeration of central Shanxi Basin,and irrigation guarantee rate,rural road network density,multiple cropping index and per capita cultivated land area have positive effects on the urban agglomeration of central Shanxi Basin.(4)The improvement of the value of cultivated land resources is a relatively complex process,which requires continuous exploration and comprehensive management according to local conditions,so as to improve the quality of cultivated land and ensure food security;promote regional economic development and increase farmers ’ income;rationalize land consolidation and develop ecological landscape agriculture;establish a more perfect arable land resource value accounting system to promote the sustainable development of regional arable land resource value.
