| In this study,biennial Apocynum apocynum was used as the test material for salt stress treatment,and the changes of reactive oxygen species,osmotic regulation substances,antioxidant enzyme system,photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll content and other substances in Apocynum apocynum leaves under different concentrations of salt stress were studied.And the change law of ultra-weak luminescence(UWL),to explore the relationship between various physiological and biochemical reactions of Apocynum leaves under salt stress and UWL excitation,in order to further reveal the mechanism of UWL excitation and the relationship between various life activities of plants,in order to provide The development and utilization of Apocynum and the rational utilization of UWL in plant stress resistance research provide theoretical basis.The results of this study are as follows:1.Under salt stress,the UWL intensity of Apocynum leaves decreased with the extension of the stress time,and the heavier the stress,the greater the decrease of UWL intensity.2.Under salt stress,the production rate of superoxide anion in Apocynum leaves increased with the prolongation of stress time,and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)decreased first and then increased;the production rate of superoxide anion and the content of MDA were significantly negatively correlated with UWL,indicating that reactive oxygen species It is an important factor affecting UWL,but it is not its direct source of excitation.3.Under salt stress,the contents of osmotic regulators such as free proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar in Apocynum leaves increased with the extension of stress time,and UWL intensity was significantly negatively correlated with osmotic regulators,indicating that osmotic regulators were the main factor affecting UWL intensity.important factor.4.Under salt stress,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in Apocynum leaves increased at first and then decreased with the prolongation of stress time,and SOD,POD,CAT and UWL were all significantly positively correlated;UWL intensity decreased with the decrease of antioxidant system activity.It indicated that UWL intensity and production of Apocynum leaves were related to antioxidant system activity.5.Under salt stress,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)of Apocynum leaves decreased with the prolongation of stress time,and the UWL intensity also decreased;Characteristic analysis showed that UWL was significantly positively correlated with Pn,Tr,Gs,and Ci,and the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and chlorophyll a+b decreased,and they were all significantly positively correlated with UWL.The results indicated that photosynthesis of Apocynum leaves was directly related to the excitation of UWL,the level of photosynthetic performance would affect the intensity of UWL,and the intensity of UWL weakened with the decrease of photosynthetic performance.6.Under salt stress,UWL of Apocynum leaves decreased with the increase of total leaf energy.Under low salt stress,the total energy in leaves was moderately negatively correlated with UWL.It indicated that the change of total energy of Apocynum leaves may not be a direct factor for the excitation of UWL. |
