In recent years,with the shortage of energy,the impoverishment of resources and the aggravation of environmental pollution,the problem of environmental protection has become increasingly prominent.Using filtration technology in the field of environmental protection can achieve environmental protection,energy saving,effective use of resources and other purposes.The filter plate is a common filter medium in the operation unit of filtration separation technology.According to the different filtration environment of the enterprise,there are different requirements for the material of filtration medium.In this paper,the microfiltration plate used in the production of ethylene glycol in a chemical enterprise in Xinjiang is taken as the research object,and the filtration requirements of products under specific working conditions are studied and analyzed.It is known that the filtration operation unit of the enterprise requires that the filtration material can withstand the pressure of 0.5Mpa and the temperature of 120℃,and it also needs to have certain corrosion resistance.Research shows that quartz glass has strong mechanical properties and high temperature resistance and stable physical and chemical properties,so it can meet the requirements of use,so it is used as a filter plate material.As the main element of microfiltration plate,there are various processing methods in precision manufacturing.However,due to its small processing size,there is often a problem of insufficient efficiency in the processing of hole arrays.Laser processing is widely used in the field of microhole processing and manufacturing due to its advantages of high efficiency and high quality.In this paper,the structure of the micro-filter plate is designed and the key geometric parameters are selected to meet the requirements of working strength.In order to meet the requirements of aperture,precision and quality of microfiltration plate,the processing technology of femtosecond laser ablation microfiltration plate was studied.The main work completed is as follows:(1)To design and study the structural geometric parameters of microfiltration plate.Analyze the production process,understand the product demand,determine the size of micro-hole diameter,through mechanical calculation and analysis,determine the thickness of the filter plate.Secondly,the structure of the micro-filter plate is designed,and the flow resistance characteristics of the micro-filter plate are analyzed by numerical simulation,and the influence of geometric parameters on the flow velocity and pressure loss of the filter plate orifice is obtained.Finally,the static stress analysis method was used to verify the rationality of the structure of the filter plate,and the optimal combination of structural parameters of the filter plate was determined by combining the processing efficiency and filtering effect.(2)Research on femtosecond laser micro-hole processing technology.Structures,femtosecond laser ablation machining system,and write control of laser machining control software of experiment platform,using the calculation method to calculate the ablation threshold of quartz glass material,and finally,directly by femtosecond laser ablation processing experiment,the analysis under the different laser processing parameters combination(laser power,from coke,pulse number)ablation the diameter of the pore size and morphology change rule.(3)Research on chemical etching assisted femtosecond laser processing technology.Firstly,the mechanism of chemical etching assisting deep hole processing is discussed.Secondly,the influence of chemical etching stage and etching time on pore size is discussed.Finally,the process optimization experiment was carried out by combining laser parameters and chemical parameters,and the optimal process was obtained.The optimized experimental results show that when the laser power is 55 m W and the scanning speed is 100μm/s,the quartz glass is subjected to femtosecond laser ablation by stretching from bottom to top,and then placed in hydrofluoric acid solution with a mass concentration of 20% for 5 hours,the target micropores can be obtained.
