| With the rapid development of modern science and technology,people’s demand for mineral resources is getting higher and higher,and the shortage of mineral resources is becoming more and more serious.In order to solve this problem and promote the sustainable development of mines,"three-dimensional digital mines" came into being.It overcomes the limitations of the previous two-dimensional mapping,and can display the spatial form of the ore body more intuitively,which not only greatly avoids the waste of resources,but also improves the efficiency of mine development and utilization.The Hadamengou gold deposit is one of the important gold deposits in the northwest region.In recent years,the mine has carried out a lot of exploration work and accumulated a lot of data.However,descriptions of mining areas are mostly two-dimensional and cannot meet all the needs of modern mines.In order to solve this problem,this study combed the drilling data of Hadamengou Gold Mine,established a geological database,constructed a three-dimensional digital model of the mining area by Surpac software,and made corresponding engineering application research based on this three-dimensional digital model,and achieved the following research results and progress:(1)The geological database of the mining area was established,and the threedimensional model of the ore body,surface,structure and surrounding rock of the Hadamengou mining area was established,and the block model and grade model were established to realize the drilling,ore body,surface,and surrounding rocks in the mining area.The three-dimensional visual display of structure and grade provides model theoretical support and guarantee for the mine to be developed and utilized more rationally.(2)Through the established block model and grade model,the reserves estimation of the mining area is obtained by using the inverse power of distance method.The research results show that the total amount of ore in this area exceeds 20 million tons,and the total amount of gold deposits exceeds 20 million tons.Therefore,it is concluded that the Hadamengou gold mine has a very high mining value.(3)Based on the established 3D model,the roadway development and optimization were carried out on the middle section of 400 and 1550.In the roadway development and optimization,the commonly used engineering parameters are used to set and use the information of the ore body space distribution,ore body change,surrounding rock and structure in the three-dimensional model,which makes the development and optimization more reasonable and has strong application value.(4)Taking the middle section of 400 as an example,the engineering quantity required in the roadway development and optimization is obtained.The results show that compared with the traditional roadway development optimization,the roadway development requires less engineering,and the roadway is more accurate,which greatly saves manpower and material resources,and also highlights the advantages of 3D models in engineering applications.(5)Based on the three-dimensional model,the 1-1 ore body was designed by using the shallow hole ore retention method,which played a certain reference role for the subsequent mine development and utilization.This research proves the applicability of 3D digital modeling in the Hadamengou mining area and verifies the superiority of the 3D model in the actual engineering of the deposit. |
