Research On 3D Orebody Modeling Of A Vanadium Mine In Shaanxi Based On SURPA

With the development of computer technology,the way of original handmade drawings in mine hasn’t satisfied needs of modern information.For the intelligentzed and complication of modern mine design,people can’t be satisfied with two-dimensional drawings.Therefore,it makes the simplex two-dimensional drawings based on CAD turn to the direction of 3D intelligent designing,dynamic emulation,geometrical sculpting,curving sculpting and solid sculpting.At the same time,the 3-dimensional modeling theories and technologies have been received with enormous progress.For the sake of the development of information and automatization,realizing the mine continuable development,improving the rate of using resource,the digital mine must be popularized.According to reconstructing information and betaking the technologies of digital mine,it transforms the tradition mining including managing pattern,organizational frame,mining technics and policy-making.In this paper,on the basis of studying the domestic and foreign papers,the auther introduce the principle of 3D orebody modeling,summarizes the status and advance of the study of 3D orebody modeling,and to one ore block of MF navajoite mine area for example,based on SURPAC software system,investigate of theoretical foundation and technical processes of 3D orebody modeling.Using multiple methods such as combining theory and practice,geological surveys and modeling techniques,qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,traditional engineering geological theory with modern technology,several conditions are obtained as follows:(1)With the SURPAC software system as a platform,built MF navajoite drilling database for the basis of subsequent 3D orebody modeling.(2)In reference to the basis of domestic and foreign literature on the 3D geological modeling,the basic principles as guidance,focus of a complex ore body model building process with Man-machine interactive processing.from a whole on a more comprehensive systematically summed up the complexity of establishing a realistic model of the technical basis of geology calculation method,and described the future trends.(3)Based on 3D visualization techniques and geological theories of geological deposits created 3D model is the kernel of "digital mine",and search of Sustainable Development of the mine production and management.In this paper establishes MF navajoite ore deposits of the ore body segment model,formulated the principles delineated ore profile,ore body frame model construction methods and solutions for special circumstances and applied research have yielded results,the prospects of its application is becoming increasingly broad with the technology as well as improving the quality of employees.
