Biochemistry,also known as biochemistry,has a very wide range of types of biochemical analyzers because of the wide range of tests that can be performed;it has developed very rapidly,and the continuous updating of clinical equipment has made the test data more accurate.Currently,biochemical analyzers have become one of the most important instruments in medical analysis institutions.It can provide staff with accurate,intuitive and rapid test results by analyzing the fluid components of human endocrine secretion and thus determining various indicators.This thesis focuses on the optical system of the biochemistry analyzer,and applies the system to the instrument with the following main components: light source,colorimetric cell,optical fiber bundle,filter and array of silicon photocells.The system consists of a broadspectrum,compound light emitted from the light source,after passing through the colorimetric cell of the sample solution to be measured,the fiber bundle composed of multiple optical fibers,the light transmitted by each fiber at the receiving end then passes through the post-spectroscopic technology of a spectroscopic device in the form of a combination of fiber bundle and filter,the compound light emitted from the light source is transmitted from the output of the fiber bundle to a narrow-band filter,at which time the light changes from a complex color light to the substance to be detected by the solution to be measured The light is then transmitted to the array silicon photocell,through amplification circuit and A/D conversion,and finally delivered to the computer for data acquisition.This thesis is mainly based on spectral analysis technology,and proposes a new method to replace the traditional grating for spectroscopy,to achieve the purpose of reducing costs,reducing the size,and easy to adjust the optical path.The first part of the dissertation introduces the background of this study,analyzes the current status and trends of biochemical analyzer research at home and abroad,briefly introduces the evolution of the internal optical path of the instrument,then summarizes the classification of spectral analysis technology and the current situation,and describes the recent status,application and classification of optical fiber,which leads to the optical fiber selected for this dissertation and the main research content of this dissertation.In the second part,the basic principles of biochemical analyzers are briefly introduced,including the detection and operation principles,and then the components of the internal optical system of the instrument are developed in detail,and the characteristics and parameters of the components selected for this dissertation are introduced.Compared with the traditional grating spectroscopy solution,the new solution of fiber optic technology is proposed for the problems of grating diffraction technology: high spatial accuracy requirement and difficulty of maintenance and mediation,the advantages of the new solution of fiber optic spectroscopy optical path and the differences and characteristics of the two spectroscopies.In the third part,the fiber bundle is introduced,including: the application of the fiber bundle,the main parameters of the fiber bundle as a light transmission bundle,how to prepare and grind it,discussing the problems that are prone to occur during the fiber bundle fabrication process,analyzing and elaborating on them,and then proposing solutions.Finally,we briefly introduce the construction of the experimental system: the connection and assembly parameters of each part of the optical path system,the PCB design of the array silicon photovoltaic cell,and the performance of each part of the experimental system and the final system performance are tested,analyzed and summarized.
