| With the rapid development of intelligent and autonomous control technology such as robots and medical equipment and the wide application of wearable devices,there are higher requirements for the performance improvement of high-performance tactile slip in skin-like perception systems.The premise of sensing the tactile slip parameter is the sensing of pressure.Full-area measurements can be made with fully weak fiber gratings.The demodulation of the all-weak fiber grating has become a problem that needs to be solved before it can be widely used.In this paper,a flexible skin simulation model is established based on the all-same weak fiber grating array.In this paper,the positioning of each all-identical weak grating and the location of the pressure generation point are realized.The sensing characteristics of this flexible skin on pressure were explored,including:Firstly,the background and significance of the research topic are introduced.This paper summarizes the research status of flexible pressure sensors at home and abroad.The research status of fiber grating on pressure sensing was analyzed;Secondly,the pressure sensing mechanism of fiber grating is studied.The effect of pressure on the reflected light of the fiber grating was analyzed.Two types of all-identical weak fiber grating demodulation systems are introduced.The characteristics of the two demodulation systems and their demodulation methods were compared.and analyze the performance of the demodulation system;Then,a flexible skin encapsulation structure was designed and prepared.A linear sweeping light source and a beat-frequency interference optical path were built.The processing method of pressure signal was studied.The influence of pressure application mode and sensitization of FBG array on pressure sensitivity was explored.The array arrangement of the all-identical weak FBG and the packaging of the all-same weak FBG array were simulated and analyzed;Finally,the positioning principle of the all-identical weak fiber grating in multiple optical fibers is studied.Pressure experiments were carried out on the flexible skin of the naked all-same weak fiber grating and the packaged all-same weak fiber grating array.The spatial resolution of grating positioning and the demodulation method of grating pressure sensing were studied. |
