With the development of society,low-carbon economy has become an urgent need for countries around the world to deal with carbon emission problems.The carbon emission of manufacturing industry accounts for 30% of global carbon emission,and it is one of the important sources of carbon emission.Due to its advantages of less environmental pollution,good cleaning effect,less damage to the substrate and others,laser cleaning technology is widely used in aerospace,automotive manufacturing and other fields.Laser cleaning relies on the high energy of the laser beam to achieve the purpose of cleaning,it destroys the interaction between contaminants and substrates,and results in physical or chemical reactions.A large quantity of carbon emission is produced in cleaning process due to the high heat of laser beam and incomplete conversion of electrical energy.Therefore,it is important to reduce the carbon emission of laser cleaning process for Chinese laser cleaning industry.Thus,this paper takes QZ2425 laser cleaning equipment as the research object and it explores the carbon emission characteristics of laser cleaning equipment,then it constructs the carbon emission model of laser cleaning process,and it deeply analyzes the influence of process parameters on carbon emission in laser cleaning process and optimization method of process parameters.The detailed research content is summarized as follows:(1)To address the problem that it is hard to establish a carbon emission model in laser cleaning process due to the complexity of each subsystem and a large number of process parameters.First,analyzing the system composition of laser cleaning equipment systematically.Then,building a laser cleaning carbon emission monitoring platform.Moreover,investigating the carbon emission characteristics of laser cleaning process and the influence law of process parameters on carbon emission.Finally,formulating a laser cleaning process carbon emission model which lays the foundation for the subsequent construction of multi-objective process parameter optimization model of laser cleaning process.(2)To solve the conflict between carbon emission and quality optimization of laser cleaning process,formulating a multi-objective process parameter optimization model for laser cleaning with carbon emission as the main optimization objective and consider the roughness and carbon and oxygen content.Then,a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on good point set and coevolutionary constrained multi-objective optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the shortcomings of basic evolutionary algorithm in solving such problems,such as poor initial solution quality,small feasible region constraints and difficult target balance,which lead to poor population diversity and easy to fall into local optimum.In this way,the optimized laser cleaning process parameters are obtained to realize the green and low carbon laser cleaning process.(3)To assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimized combination of process parameters,the QZ2425 laser cleaning equipment is used to compare the optimized combination obtained by the algorithm with the empirical combination of process parameters,and the results show that the combination of optimized process parameters can effectively reduce the laser cleaning process carbon emissions and improve cleaning quality.
