The composites of copper and aluminum are a new composite material which combines the physical,chemical,thermal and mechanical properties of copper and aluminum.It is widely used in all walks of life,mainly include electronic manufacturing,electrical manufacturing,machinery,automobile and equipment.Due to the gradual wear in the process of the material use,the alloy materials gradually lost their original material properties.Therefore,it is necessary to regenerate the alloy materials of copper and aluminum in proportion.The most important problem in the study of the alloy material is to remove the aluminum completely and re-produce it.At present,the chemical methods are used to deal with the problem,however,the chemical treatment can pollute the environment,and the misoperation can cause personnel safety and health problems.The laser cleaning technology is used to conduct the exploratory cleaning research on copper base aluminum,and provide guidance in theory and experiment for the application of follow-up research.Laser technology has been widely used in scientific research,national defense and daily life,and it has a profound impact.Laser cleaning which developed with the development of laser technology is a new green cleaning technology.Firstly,On the basis of the existing laser trimming system,the picosecond pulsed laser is used as the heating source in the laser cleaning,and the experimental platform for the laser cleaning is built to provide support for the follow-up experiment.Secondly,pulsed laser has the characteristics of short pulse time and strong energy.Considering the physical process of laser cleaning,the physical mathematical model of laser cleaning was established.The model was used to numerical analysis of the laser cleaning,and the laser power range of copper material and aluminum material was analyzed,which provided theoretical guidance for the follow-up experiment.Subsequently,the experiment of laser cleaning was carried out to remove copper material and aluminum material.An ultra-depth 3-D microscope system was used to observe the surface topography of copper and aluminum,and the value of the radius,circumference,area and the pit depth were measured.The laser process parameters for the laser cleaning were obtained and compared with the numerical analysis.Finally,the water interval auxiliary method for laser cleaning copper base aluminum was put forward,and the experiment of water interval auxiliary method for laser cleaning was carried out.After the experiment,an ultra-depth 3D microscope system was used to observe the material surface quality,and compared with no water assisted laser cleaning,the surface features were analyzed.Based on the theoretical and experimental study of the laser cleaning copper base aluminum,the laser process parameters of the copper and aluminum materials were obtained.It can remove the aluminum material and do not damage the surface quality of the copper material by adjusting the laser parameters.The multi-disciplinary theory knowledge includes optics,gas dynamics,heat,physics,mechanical design is used to the laser cleaning technology,and need to further improve the experimental platform which improves the accuracy and reliability of the experiment and theory.
