| In the field of life science research,pharmaceutical R & D personnel analyze various viruses and develop new drugs.It is necessary to carry out preclinical animal experiments.Most of them adopt traditional sampling methods.They manually collect animal blood samples and manually record relevant experimental information to complete the target animal experiments.The sampling work is simple and has high repeatability.It is difficult to accurately control the sampling time,sample accuracy,sampling success rate and timeliness of experimental information.Focusing on the establishment of a standard,safe,efficient,intelligent and unmanned animal laboratory management system,this thesis designs an intelligent animal test pretreatment platform,which can process multiple samples non-contact and fully automated,integrate cleaning,detection,sampling,rehydration and waste discharge,integrate biological information,real-time traceable control,and improve the electronic information archive of animal life cycle.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,combined with the research status and development trend of awake animal automatic sampling system at home and abroad,this thesis analyzes the functional requirements and relevant parameters of the whole platform,designs an intelligent animal test preprocessing platform composed of multi micro sample automatic sampling system and multi biological information fusion reading and writing system,and plans the work flow of the whole platform,integrating pipeline connection mode,pipeline network specification The liquid flow path strategy is designed from three aspects in different stages of liquid flow.Then,this thesis carries out the integrated and simplified design of the mechanical structure of the whole platform,and carries out the hardware circuit structure design,hardware selection and analysis and each module circuit design of the multi micro sample automatic sampling system and multi biological information fusion reading and writing system respectively,draws the relevant electrical circuit schematic diagram of the platform and makes the debugging circuit board.Then,this thesis designs the overall software of the intelligent animal test preprocessing platform,and designs in detail the multi task scheduling,timing sampling,single sampling and other modules in the multi micro sample automatic sampling system,as well as the display,bar code decoding,RF decoding and other modules in the multi biological information fusion reading and writing system.According to the animal experiment process,human-computer interaction interfaces such as mode selection,intelligent main control,timing sampling and manual rehydration are designed to realize automatic non-contact sampling under different experimental requirements.Finally,the test environment of intelligent animal test pretreatment platform is built for system joint commissioning and performance test.The test results show that the wall hanging rate of the whole pipeline in the multi micro sample automatic sampling system can be controlled within 0.71%,and the sampling accuracy of different capacities can be controlled within ± 5%.The longest reading distance of the multi biological information fusion reading and writing system is about 32 cm and the longest transmission distance is about 27 m,which verifies the feasibility and scientificity of the whole platform design. |
