At present,the methods of sleep quality monitoring for the elderly mainly include EEG signal processing and wearable device detection.Sleep quality monitoring based on EEG needs to collect EEG signals of human body.The equipment is too complex,which has a great impact on human activities.However,the monitoring of sleep quality based on wearable devices needs to wear related devices for a long time,which is difficult to be popularized in daily life due to inaccurate recognition and other factors.In this thesis,RFID technology is proposed to detect the sleep quality of the elderly.The commercial passive sensing RFID reader is used to collect the signals reflected of RFID(phase flow)tags,and a initialization of phase flow bases on the characteristics of phase periodicity and Kalman filter.In the aspect of body state information extraction,the corresponding body feature segments are extracted,and the wake-up and sleep states of every minute in the sleep process are calculated,and the sleep quality is evaluated according to the statistical sleep time.In the aspect of respiratory information extraction,according to the regular changes of respiratory movement in the process of respiration,the respiratory wave is obtained by reflection signal,and each minute is determined by time domain segmentation Whether there is apnea or not is the basis of sleep quality evaluation.In order to verify the monitoring performance of sleep quality monitoring for the elderly,this paper establishes a standard body information database for body information,on this basis,carries out experimental verification;uses the relevant data of medical apnea to evaluate the respiratory information.Experiments show that the average monitoring accuracy of RFID based elderly sleep quality monitoring system can reach 92%,which proves that the monitoring system is robust and feasible in real environment.
