Foxconn is the most representative in the contract industry,it is the labor market barometer and labor price guide,from its recruitment difficulty can be detected in the entire manufacturing industry labor situation.As the new generation of migrant workers occupy the main body of the labor market,they have undergone a major change from the previous generation of migrant workers.Manufacturing factories are increasingly not favored by the new generation of migrant workers.Many would rather deliver food and work as security guards than enter factories.In addition,the relationship between capital and labor is one of the most important relationships in the current market economy.However,there are many labor-capital conflicts in the current society,and the labor relationship is not harmonious and unstable.How do the labor side as the new generation of migrant workers and the capital side as OEM enterprises play the game in the labor market?What are the factors behind this game?How should we view and treat this kind of game?Based on the above problems,this paper discusses the behavioral strategies of labor and capital from the perspective of game theory.Firstly,it systematically combs the relevant factors in labor and capital game,and comprehensively summarizes the favorable situation and unfavorable dilemma faced by the new generation of migrant workers as the labor side and contract manufacturing enterprises as the capital side.Secondly,starting from the classic prisoner’s dilemma,the paper analyzes the static labor-capital antagonism game and the dynamic labor-capital cooperation game respectively,and explains the action strategies of each subject in the labor-capital game,including the game within the workers’ group,the game within the OEM industry,the game between workers and enterprises.Finally,based on the field survey was conducted in zhengzhou foxconn,respectively to the assembly line workers,labor dispatching mediation and in-depth interviews,the factory management personnel to understand the basic information of the enterprises and workers in foxconn,summarized,to explore both sides of Labour and capital in zhengzhou specific game behavior of foxconn hire labor market,the results and effects of this kind of game is analyzed.The research finds:first,the game between labor and capital is mainly about material interests rather than political rights,including salary,working environment,labor intensity,etc.Among them,the level of wages is still the focus of both sides,and the emergence of labor shortage is the result of the failure of game between factory and workers.Two,both sides of Labour and capital have a conflict of interests,in order to maximize their own interests,in zhengzhou foxconn hire labor in order to save labor cost and avoid risk of choose and employ persons and extensive use of labor dispatching workers,employees in order to obtain the high peak season production bonus employment appear short phenomenon,both sides of Labour and capital under the game will be in the Labour market adjustment of dynamic equilibrium.Third,the game strategy of labor and capital is not only a rational choice based on their own endowments,but.also restricted by their social environment.They are facing opportunities and challenges respectively.Confrontation and conflict between labor and capital are not the mainstream,and cooperation between labor and capital can achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.Fourth,the group characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers and the industry characteristics of Zhengzhou Foxconn determine the inevitability of the existence of labor dispatch workers,but this employment mode is a double-edged sword,it should be treated dialectically,to play a positive role at the same time can not be abused,in order to achieve long-term healthy development of both labor and capital.The innovation of this paper lies in using the game theory to explain specific industry in a specific group of decision-making behavior,can on manufacturing labor relations management is of great significance of the vulnerable group,and is beneficial to promote the new generation of migrant workers and manufacturing factory cooperation and docking,and thus solve the problem of enterprise labor shortage and hire hard,also can provide some reference for other regions and industries.
