With the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s pursuit of spiritual pleasure increases accordingly,and the demand for tourism is also increasing,especially for natural resource scenic spots.Jiangxi province is rich in natural tourism resources due to its superior geographical location.It is also the industrial development goal of Jiangxi province to vigorously develop high-quality tourism.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the value of natural tourism resources scientifically and accurately.It not only helps to clarify the composition and importance of the value of natural tourism resources,but also provides scientific basis for the development,management and protection of ecological resource scenic spots.It can also promote the sustainable development of natural tourism resources and promote the high-quality development of natural tourism.Wugong Mountain is a national 5A-level scenic spot,rich in natural tourism resources,and has the largest area of alpine meadows in the world,which is very attractive and is a typical representative of alpine meadow scenic spots.Based on the previous research results,this thesis divides the value of natural tourism resources into use value and non-use value.Wugong Mountain scenic spot not only has intuitive use value,but also has huge potential value to be developed,that is,non-use value.This thesis adopts the improved travel cost interval method(TCIA)to evaluate the use value of Wugong Mountain’s natural tourism resources.Calculate the tourism demand and tourism demand rate of tourists in the interval,calculate the travel expenses and consumer surplus of tourists;adopt the conditional value method(CVM)commonly used at home and abroad to evaluate the non-use value,calculate the WTP value of the respondents and determine the total value.Population samples were used to estimate nonuse value,and finally,the influencing factors of respondents’ willingness to pay were analyzed by binary logistic regression model.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows: First,in 2020,the value of natural tourism resources of Wugong Mountain scenic spot is 549,064,347 yuan,about 549,991 million yuan(including the use value of 442,998,93 yuan,the non-use value of 106,641,417 yuan),far higher than the annual income of Wugong Mountain scenic spot,with great potential for development and development.Second,through the survey of tourists’ satisfaction,it is found that tourists are satisfied with the natural tourism resources of Wugong Mountain scenic spot,but the infrastructure and servicelevel of the scenic spot need to be further improved.Thirdly,the main influencing factors of respondents’ willingness to pay for the protection of wugong Mountain natural resources are their education level,occupation,and awareness and attention to the natural tourism resources of Wugong Mountain scenic spot.Finally,based on this thesis,some research prospects are put forward,hoping to further improve and modify the relevant evaluation model in the future,and enhance the standardization;the rigor of the prediction methods can be enhanced to reduce the influence of external factors;and continue to broaden and innovate the evaluation methods. |
