In order to explore the morphogenesis mechanism of plant organs from the microscopic environment,fruitful results have been achieved in the simulation of plant cell growth through computer technology in recent years.The expansion and deformation of plant cells are dynamic evolution processes directly affected by their own physical mechanics.For this reason,this study proposes a three-dimensional dynamic simulation model of plant cells based on physical mechanics,and realizes a simulation platform for human-computer interaction based on QT.Firstly,the topology structure of plant cell contour is constructed by using half-edge data structure,and its vertex,boundary and patch query algorithm is designed.Secondly,according to the simple and flexible control of bicubic Bézier surfaces and the function of realizing flexible deformation,multiple bicubic Bézier surfaces are used to draw the cell wall of plant cells,which reduces the difficulty of overall modeling,and is combined with the half-edge data structure for constructing the cytoskeleton.,and then splicing multiple surfaces according to the smooth splicing conditions of bicubic Bézier surfaces,supplementing the geometric details of the plant cell topology model.Thirdly,in order to explore the real morphological changes of plant cells during the growth process,the physical and mechanical properties of plant cells were studied,and the main stress of the cells during the growth process was obtained through the Cauchy stress,and the generalized Hooke’s law was used to obtain the plant cells.The strain produced by the main stress during development,and the stress-strain simulation of 3D plant cells is realized by computer visualization technology.Finally,using C++ and OpenGL graphics library to realize plant cell geometric model and topological unit query algorithm,build plant cell stress-strain model and 3D plant cell simulation platform based on physical and mechanical properties,and improve the human-computer interaction function of plant cell stress-strain model.The simulation results show that the method can not only control the three-dimensional shape of plant cells well,but also provide a dynamic simulation algorithm for further study of stress and strain of cell models.The obtained three-dimensional model of plant cells can not only provide an informational means for understanding the formation law of plant tissue,but also the model can be applied to plant biology teaching and popular science activities.
