| In the production of iron and steel metallurgy,the whole process of molten steel from tapping to secondary refining until the end of pouring is carried out in a ladle,the heat exch ange between molten steel and ladle makes the temperature field of ladle play an important role in tapping temperature,molten steel temperature in refining and casting.Therefore,th e accurate acquisition of the dynamic temperature field information and the knowledge of t he heat transfer status of the ladle are beneficial to the reasonable control of the tapping te mperature and the improvement of the quality of steel products and the benefit of iron and steel enterprises.In this paper,the temperature field of 120 T ladle in a steel plant is simulat ed and analyzed based on the finite element method of heat transfer.This paper studies the dynamic temperature field on the inner wall of ladle and the main factors that influence the change of the temperature field on the inner wall of ladle,and establishes a correction mod el of the temperature field on the inner wall of ladle based on the adaptive Kalman filter al gorithm,modifying the condition parameters of finite element model to improve the accura cy of ladle temperature field analysis.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Dynamic heat transfer model of temperature field in ladle is established.Based on the heat transfer theory and finite element theory,the finite element model of ladle heat tra nsfer is established,the steady temperature distribution of ladle under hot repair condition i s calculated and obtained,and the temperature distribution of ladle bottom and wall is obtai ned.Based on the distribution of temperature field in steady state and combined with steel making process,the transient analysis of temperature field in ladle is carried out,and the c hanging trend of temperature field with time is obtained.(2)The influence of ladle structure and material properties on temperature distribution of ladle is analyzed.The effects of thickness of inner liner(working layer,permanent layer and insulating layer),thermal conductivity of inner liner,initial temperature of cladding w all,convective heat transfer coefficient and contact thermal conductivity between layers on the distribution of temperature in ladle were studied.(3)The dynamic temperature field correction model of ladle inner wall based on adap tive Kalman filter algorithm is established.The accuracy of temperature field analysis of la dle can be improved by correcting the measured values and modifying the condition param eters of finite element model.Based on the finite element model,the steady temperature fie ld and the transient temperature field of the ladle are calculated,and the influence of the str ucture of the ladle and the material properties of the lining on the temperature field distribu tion of the ladle is analyzed,the maximum error between the simulated and measured valu es is 4.5 °C,the minimum error is 1.0 °C,and the average error is less than 2.4 °C.It provi des important feedback parameters for metallurgical process intelligence system based on t emperature field information. |
