With the standardization of the capital market and the improvement of various trading systems, the scale of listed companies continues to expand in the development of the national economy, the state of industrial agglomeration becomes more and more obvious, and the contradiction between economic activities and the natural environment continues to intensify, resulting in the relationship between man and land. The balance is gradually being destroyed. With traditional statistical data evaluation methods,it is difficult to realize the multi-level,longterm time-series evolution analysis of the headquarter of listed companies from the perspective of human-land relationship. This paper builds the headquarters information database of Chinese listed companies based on the Guotai’an database and the Wind economic database.First,it uses various spatial measurement methods to analyze the evolution characteristics of the spatial pattern of the headquarters of Chinese listed companies in the ten years from 2011 to 2020.The domain is the basic research unit to build a human-land relationship vulnerability index model to analyze the relationship between the human-land relationship vulnerability and the number of listed company headquarters. The influencing factors of the evolution of the spatial pattern of the headquarters, and then analyze the impact of the spatial pattern of the headquarters of listed companies on the relationship between people and land. The main contents and conclusions of the research include:(1)Analysis of the spatial pattern of the headquarters of listed companies. The spatial distribution characteristics of the headquarters of Chinese listed companies from 2011 to 2020 were analyzed by spatial measurement methods such as kernel density analysis, standard deviation ellipse, and spatial autocorrelation. The results show that the headquarters of listed companies in the country have obvious agglomeration and positive spatial correlation, mainly showing the development model of "three cores" driven by the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the core of the cluster, and the overall distribution center of gravity Gradually migrate along the southeast direction, and at the same time, this aggregation and positive spatial correlation have a tendency to gradually strengthen.(2)Correlation analysis between the spatial distribution of listed company headquarters and the relationship between people and land.Combined with the headquarters data and social parameters of listed companies, the human-land relationship system is divided into three subsystems: society, nature, and economy, and 23 social parameters are selected.A variety of function fitting models are used to analyze the correlation between the vulnerability of humanland relationship and the distribution of headquarters of listed companies. The results show that the goodness of fit of the linear function model and the quadratic polynomial function model are both above 0.7,and the vulnerability performance of the human-land relationship system is effective.Assess the spatial distribution of listed company headquarters.(3)Analysis of factors influencing the spatial pattern of listed company headquarters from the perspective of human-land relationship.Combined with the correlation between the vulnerability of the human-land relationship system and the spatial distribution of the headquarters of listed companies, the social parameters are introduced, and the OLS model and the GWR model are used to analyze the influencing factors of the spatial evolution of the headquarters of listed companies. The results show that the eight aspects of economic development level, population size, scientific research level, information communication, transportation, opening to the outside world, social security and government support all play a positive role in promoting the development of listed companies. The population size has a greater impact on the evolution of the spatial pattern of the headquarters of listed companies, and the two aspects of information communication and government support have less impact on it.At the same time, the influence degree of each influencing factor varies in different regions, and has strong spatial heterogeneity.Combining the influence of various factors on the relationship between people and land,it is found that the development of listed companies will intensify the contradiction between the relationship between people and land to a certain extent.Based on the location data of listed company headquarters, this paper analyzes the spatial evolution characteristics and influencing factors of listed company headquarters from the perspective of human-land relationship. The impact of development on human-land relationship provides a more comprehensive and multi-faceted theoretical basis for the sustainable development of economy and human-land relationship.
