Two-sided matching decision-making problems widely exist in daily life,for example,marriage matching between men and women,matching between doctors and patients,matching between personnel and positions,and so on.The research of two-sided matching decision-making problems has important social and theoretical significance.Due to the complexity of things and the limitation of human thinking,it is difficult for two-sided matching subjects to give accurate evaluation values,and it is relatively easy and practical to express evaluation information with linguistic term.The probabilistic uncertain linguistic term is an extended form of the linguistic term,which can more precisely reflect the ambiguity,hesitation and uncertainty of qualitative evaluation information,and reflect the different degrees of importance of all uncertain linguistic evaluation values of a specific object.However,there is no report on two-sided matching decision making in probabilistic uncertain linguistic terms.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of two-sided matching decision in probabilistic uncertain linguistic environment,this paper proposes a bilaterally matched decision making method considering fairness,bounded rationality of subjects,correlation between attributes,and priority between attributes.Aiming at the problem of two-sided matching decision in probabilistic uncertain linguistic environment,a two-sided matching decision method combining TODIM method and PROMETHEE II method is proposed under the condition of considering matching fairness and subject bounded rationality;In order to solve the problem of bilaterally matched decision making in probabilistic uncertain linguistic environment,considering the correlation between attributes,a PULCA operator based on Choquet integral is defined,and a PULCA operator based bilaterally matched decision making method is proposed;In order to solve the problem of two-sided matching decision for probabilistic uncertain linguistic with priority attributes,the definition of priority weighted average(PULPWA)operator for probabilistic uncertain linguistic is given,and a method for analyzing two-sided matching decision for probabilistic uncertain linguistic based on PULPWA operator is proposed;Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the matching method proposed above are illustrated by applying it to the PPP government-enterprise matching problem.
