Policy-oriented,internal-driven,and people’s needs,digital transformation has become a necessary question for hospitals,and it is also an inevitable trend for hospital management to change from extensive to refined.The imaging department is an important department which provides the results of image examination for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Its daily management is complicated and scattered.With the increasing number of department tasks and department data,an intelligent system for scientific,standard,safe and efficient management of department work is urgently needed.Therefore,this thesis designs and implements a Web-based intelligent information management system for the actual needs of the imaging department.The main tasks completed include:1.To solve the problem of complex,scattered data and low level of digital management in the imaging department,a Web-based information management system for the imaging department is designed.A large file upload method is proposed to solve the problems of large-scale image data,low network transmission efficiency and interruptability.The continuous and concurrent transmission of fragmented files is achieved by using Web Uploader plug-in,file fragmentation technology,MD5 algorithm and multi-threading technology,and suffix checking and MD5 naming method are used to prevent upload vulnerabilities.This not only achieves the efficient transmission of large files,but also improves the efficiency and reliability.2.For the information management system in the Web environment needs to have high security,a multiple security protection scheme is designed.The Shiro security framework and RBAC access control mode are used to design the system architecture and prevent illegal access and operation by designing modules such as permission validation and access log tracing,thus ensuring the system security.Using Mybatis framework,combined with Druid connection pool technology,to design efficient database security access methods to prevent illegal SQL injection,thus ensuring database security;Using the optimized RSA asymmetric encryption algorithm and AES symmetric encryption algorithm,a mixed encryption end-to-end data transmission scheme is designed,which ensures data transmission security and effectively improves data transmission real-time.3.To solve the insufficient utilization of department data,a content-based intelligent recommendation model for medical literature is designed.Using BERT and TF-IDF to extract and fuse text features,increasing the number of citations and the year of publication as factors of recommendation,and introducing time decay function to calculate document quality score,thus improving the quality of recommendation.Web-based Intelligent Information Management System for Imaging Department not only provides safe and efficient information management,but also provides intelligent recommendation.It has important practical significance to effectively improve work efficiency,save management costs,protect data security,and to some extent improve the level of comprehensive management of hospitals.
