| In the context of China’s rapid economic development,new technologies such as artificial intelligence,applied big data,and cloud computing have flourished.At the same time,the "three-new" economies represented by new industries,new formats,and new business models,it is developing rapidly,and a large number of "three-new" enterprises have emerged.As the number of new births and deaths in the “three-new” enterprises changes greatly within a short period of time,and the scale will change,the traditional sampling method is no longer applicable to data collection in the “three-new” enterprises.In order to solve the sampling problem of the population change,a multiple sampling method based on a dynamic sampling frame is proposed.The proposed theory can match the sample box with the survey population over time and obtain the changes of the population information contained in the sample box in different periods.In this paper,the following two aspects of the multiple sampling design of the dynamic population sampling frame are studied:Firstly:This paper summarizes the method theory of dynamic population and dynamic sampling frame,and divides dynamic sampling frame into four different situations.At the same time,in order to understand the dynamic process of the dynamic sampling frame more clearly,the structure diagram of the dynamic sampling frame model under the population capacity or unit change and The population unit characteristics change is drawn.The multiple sampling method is adopted and the samples are subjected to a multiple level survey,thereby determining the multiple sampling design steps.Secondly:This paper sorts out the relevant theories of multiple sampling frames,and uses the method of separating sampling frame estimation methods to construct the population total value estimator.The current sampling frame is divided into two regions to estimate the population total value,then use the weight coefficient to get the current population total value estimate of the dynamic sampling frame,and numerical analysis is used to simulate the dynamic changes of the sampling frame and the application of the sampling method.It is verified that the dynamic sampling frame multiple sampling method is superior to the traditional sampling method.Through the application analysis of Shenzhen enterprises in the database of Chinese industrial enterprises,when the population capacity or unit changes,compare the dynamic sampling frame multiple sampling method with the multiple sampling frame,simple random sampling method.When the population unit characteristics change,the dynamic sampling frame multiple sampling method is compared with the post-stratification method.The conclusion shows that when the changes occurred in the sampling frame by using dynamic sampling frame multiple sampling method to calculate the estimate precision is higher. |
