| In order to understand the effect of waste on the.soil carbon pool in paddy soil,3 treatments of rice field slag, biochar and slag and biochar(HS)were applied in this study, slag, biochar, slag and biochar(HS)were applied to the paddy soil. The basic physicochemical properties of paddy soil were measured and the content of EOC,DOC,MBC,SOC,the number of aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, fungi also be measured to study the role of microorganism in soil carbon cycle. The relationship between soil physicochemical factors, microbial quantity and soil active organic carbon was studied by Pearson correlation analysis. The community structure and abundance of soil fungi and bacteria in early and late paddy soil were measured by Highthroughput sequencing and QPCR.The results of the study are as follows:1.The EC was improved by three treatments, the pH was improved by three treatments in early paddy soil. With the prolongation of transplanting time, soil water content gradually decreased, and soil bulk density increased gradually.2.With the prolongation of transplanting time, the content of EOC in soil decreased gradually.Compared with the control, the EOC content was reduced by biochar and HS treatment. The ratio of EOC/SOC was reduced by three treatments.3.Compared with the control, the growth of aerobic bacteria in soil could be promoted by three treatments. The number of soil anaerobic bacteria was reduced by three treatments in early paddy soil, but increased in late paddy soil.4.The improvement of soil WC,pH and EC is beneficial to increase the number of anaerobic bacteria, fungi and the ratio of fungi/bacteria,and reduce the number of aerobic bacteria in early paddy soil.5.Reducing soil bulk density and increasing soil water content is beneficial to increase the number of aerobic bacteria, anaerobes, fungi and the ratio of fungi/bacteria,improving the pH of soil is beneficial to improving the number of aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria and fungi in late paddy soil.6.The top 10 of the bacteria genus’ relative abundance detected in paddy soil were Pseudomonas,Massilia,Sphingomonas, pseudarthrobacter,Herminiimonas,Bacillus,Fl avisolibacter,Gemmatimonas,Lysobacter,Phenylobacterium. The relative abundance of soil Pseudomonas was improved by biochar and mixed treatment.7.The top 10 of the fungi genus’ relative abundance detected in paddy soil were Paranamyces,Monoblepharis,Volutella,Emericellopsis,Cosmospora,Neurospora,Pseu deurotium, aludomyces,Slimacomyces,Fusarium. The relative abundance of Emericellopsis was improved by three treatments in early paddy soil but reduced in late paddy soil. |
