The spatial and temporal distribution of water resources is uneven,and resource shortage is the basic situation of our province.As an important part of water resources,groundwater has an irreplaceable and important role in water supply safety of urban and rural and development of economic and social,which has the characteristics of large mining intensity and wide mining range.However,due to the complex and changeable terrain and geomorphology,the complicated regulation of groundwater recharge and the different conservation conditions,the dynamic changes of groundwater level and water quality have shown remarkable stages and regional characteristics.Therefore,according to the development and utilization of groundwater in different regions and the geological conditions,the supervision of groundwater is reasonable.It is of great significance to establish a modern groundwater monitoring network and accurately and timely monitor the dynamic changes of groundwater resources in different regions.Combining with the topography,geomorphology and hydrogeological conditions of our province,the groundwater monitoring station and the groundwater monitoring information system are planned on the relevant laws and regulations,and the operation management and benefit of the project construction are also analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn.(1)Based on the regional control of hydrogeological unit,combined with the existing provincial and national groundwater monitoring stations,the overall layout of groundwater monitoring stations can not only ensure the continuity of groundwater monitoring data,but also enable the monitoring station network to meet the needs of long-term development.(2)According to the requirements of standardization of groundwater monitoring,1800 monitoring stations and protection facilities are planned and built.For the current situation of the weak infrastructure of the provincial monitoring center,the construction of the groundwater monitoring center can provide a basic guarantee for the monitoring and management of groundwater.(3)According to the actual needs of groundwater monitoring and management,we should make full use of the achievements of water conservancy informatization.Through the further optimization of the information system structure,the software and hardware environment of the groundwater information system in Shaanxi is improved,and the efficient integrated work mode of information collection,transportation,processing,storage,processing,retrieval and service is realized,thus improving the timeliness of groundwater monitoring and the sharing of groundwater information.(4)After the implementation of this project,the distribution of groundwater monitoring station network in our province will be more reasonable,and the modern automatic monitoring system for groundwater will be formed.The timeliness and accuracy of information collection,transmission and processing will be improved,and the monitoring work of groundwater in our province will reach a new level,which brings great social,environmental or economic benefits.It also plays an important guiding role in the construction of the groundwater monitoring network in the future and is of great practical significance for the sustainable utilization of water resources.
