With the rapid development of China's water conservancy,transportation,construction and other industries,higher requirements have been put forward for the deformation monitoring of large-scale projects.The total station automatic monitoring system under the non-Io T(not the Internet of Things)can no longer meet the current requirements of various deformation monitoring projects' demand.The current Internet of Things technology has great potential to solve the above problems,especially the combination of embedded and edge computing,which can customize appropriate edge end(data acquisition end)microcontroller with computing,storage,network communication and multiple hardware interfaces for total station deformation monitoring,so as to realize unattended high automation monitoring,To meet the urgent needs of deformation monitoring engineering.Therefore,in order to realize the automatic monitoring system of total station based on edge computing,this article mainly expands from the following aspects:(1)Further analyze the problems of the total station automatic monitoring system under the non-Internet of things from the perspectives of system architecture and adoption technology.According to the existing problems,analyze the current Internet of Things related technologies,such as embedded and edge,with a purpose.Calculation etc.Through comprehensive analysis,the Internet of Things technology and the total station automatic monitoring technology are combined to design the overall plan of the total station automatic monitoring under the Internet of Things,and the feasibility analysis of the plan is carried out.(2)In order to realize the unattended automatic monitoring of the total station at the edge,embedded and edge computing are used to determine the meteorological observation conditions of the total station,automatic measurement of the total station,data storage,and power supply for equipment under long-term monitoring and operating environments.Functions are implemented at the edge.Therefore,it is necessary to select the appropriate hardware equipment and software implementation environment for the above functions.This article introduces the intelligent total station,microcontroller,communication module,weather module and UPS uninterrupted power supply module used,and completes no operating system The software and hardware development environment of the edge end of the company is set up to support the realization of the complete automatic monitoring function of the subsequent total station.(3)It is also necessary to consider the occlusion of the measuring point of the total station during the observation process and the processing when multiple target prisms appear in the field of view of the total station,as well as how to obtain meteorological data under the edge software and hardware development environment without operating system.Full station automatic monitoring,tolerance judgment and data processing,data storage.In view of the above problems,this article realizes the acquisition and analysis of meteorological data according to the communication protocol of the meteorological module used;adopts the Fat FS file management system and encapsulates the function of driving the SD card to save the monitoring data in the form of files at the edge node.;Combined with the edge environment,a certain re-measurement mechanism is adopted to realize the processing of over-limit observation data;the observation data is processed by combining multiple differential processing techniques and coordinate transformation,and at the same time,the measurement site and the reference point are used to process the observation data.The known azimuth improves the horizontal difference correction,and the feasibility is verified through experiments.(4)The ultimate goal of establishing a total station automatic monitoring system based on edge computing in the Internet of Things environment is to obtain reliable deformation monitoring data.Therefore,this article focuses on the environment and characteristics of the edge system and the architecture characteristics of the cloud system.It is designed to distinguish between different edges.The transmission protocol of the end node,and the establishment of a cloud-edge end communication link,to improve the network reconnection function of the edge end node.Finally,a long-term functional verification test is performed on the edge system connected to the cloud system,and the monitoring results are statistically analyzed,which shows that the system is operating well.
