| In The Overall plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football released in March 2015,it is mentioned that since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has put the revitalization of football on the agenda as an important task of the development of sports and construction of sports power.As the"leader"of China’s football development,China Professional Football Super League（hereinafter referred to as"China Super League"）plays a leading role in driving the development,popularization and overall improvement of China’s football level.Karamay,the"godfather of Japanese football",said that without the league system,there would be no strength of the national team.At present,the Chinese Super League is facing multiple difficulties such as financial imbalance and great disparity in team strength.Hence,in the"golden"opportunity period of League reform and development,it is very important to find the best development path suitable for the China Super League.This study takes the development path of Chinese Super League as the research object,using literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field investigation,SWOT analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods to analyze the multiple difficulties that faced by Chinese Super League at present,and explores the development path that Chinese Super League should take at the present stage with the help of multi-party reform vision and advanced experience.Through research,this paper has the following findings:（1）The difficulties faced by the Chinese Super League in terms of financial balance are:the financial input and output of each club is extremely unbalanced;the he consumption power of fans at the source of income is general,and the awareness of intellectual property protection is poor;the number of fans below the second and third tier cities needs to be strengthened;the difficulty to watch the game on site under the epidemic prevention and control.In view of this dilemmas,we should appropriately reduce the salary of players appropriately;promote social acceptance of football and follow the football mass line;timely issue the lottery of China Super League;cultivate fans’awareness and"open up the market".（2）The difficulties faced by the Chinese Super League in terms of team strength balance are:in recent years,the strength gap between teams has gradually increased,and the development level gap of the city where the club is located is large.In view of these dilemmas,the income of the main body of League operation（mainly broadcasting income）should be shared equally by each club,and a"League Development and Stability Fund"should be established to tilt the resources to the lower ranked clubs.（3）The difficulties faced by the Chinese Super League in player training are as follows:a complete football talent training system has not been formed;football coaches are few and the overall level is low;the scouting system is not formed;foreign aid and naturalized players have not been used well,and relevant policies are not in place.In view of these dilemmas,we should grasp the opportunity of"Ease the burden of excessive homework and off-campus tutoring for students undergoing compulsory education"and create a football talent training system of"school furniture integration"professional league with Chinese characteristics;create a professional league football talent training system with Chinese characteristics through integrating of school and club;make good use of naturalized players and foreign aid.（4）The difficulties faced by the Chinese Super League in brand building are:amateur football has been carried out in China for a short time,and the team is unstable;the league is out of touch with city and community life;violations of laws and regulations still exist.In view of these dilemmas,we should make every effort to maintain the stable existence of the club;make the league opperation publicity more transparent;strengthen the connection with the life of the city;follow the regular pattern of League development and operate in accordance with the regular pattern. |
