Rope skipping training is a convenient and effective exercise method that can improve the balance and coordination ability of the human body.After consulting the relevant literature,it is found that when the predecessors used skipping rope to interfere with the balance ability and coordination ability,they did not distinguish between speed rope skipping and synchronized skipping,and there is a lack of comparative research on the effects of speed skipping and synchronized skipping on the physical function of ordinary college students.The National Physique Monitoring Bulletin shows that the current physique of college students is showing a downward trend,so how to quickly improve the balance and coordination ability of ordinary college students has very important practical significance.Objective: Use speed rope skipping and trick rope skipping to intervene the balance ability and coordination ability of ordinary college students,compare the intervention effects,and find more effective ways to improve the physical fitness of ordinary college students and strengthen their physique.Methods: 1.The study used the literature method and the expert interview method to select intervention actions in two groups to determine the intensity and load of the actions;2 The experimental subjects were randomly selected from Hangzhou Normal University non-sports majoring school girls,using the method of random grouping Divided into the pattern skipping group(N=22)and the speed skipping group(N=22),a formal training period of 8 weeks was carried out,and the balance ability and coordination ability of the subjects were tested before and after the training;3.Record the data,The differences between the pre-test and post-test in the two groups and the differences between the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:(1)The balance-check test data of the two groups before and after the experiment has a very significant difference(P<0.01),and the comparison of the data between the two groups after the experiment is not statistically different(P>0.05);(2)The two groups before and after the experiment Comparison of the eight-point star offset test data,the experimental group 1-8 points(P<0.01)in the left leg support have very significant differences,and the experimental group 1-8 points(P<0.01)in the right leg support have very significant differences There is a significant difference in the left leg control group with only 8 points P value=0.013(P<0.05),and there is no statistical difference between 1-7 points(P>0.05),and 1 point in the right leg control group.,2 points,3 points,4 points,8 points(P<0.01)have very significant differences,5 points,6 points(P<0.05)have significant differences,7 points(P>0.05)have no statistical difference.After the experiment,the two groups were compared and analyzed that there was a very significant difference between 1-8 points and 1-7 points(P<0.01)in the support direction of the left leg.The 8-point P value=0.189(P>0.05)had no difference.The right leg support in the direction of 1-8points,1 point 3 points 5 points 6 points 7 points(P <0.01)has a very significant difference,2 points 4 points 8 points(P <0.05)has a significant difference;(3)close There is a significant difference between the left foot of the two groups of eyes standing on one foot before and after the experiment(P<0.05),and the right foot has a very significant difference(P<0.01).There is no significant difference between the two groups after the experiment.(P>0.05);(4)The comparison of the before and after data in the two groups before and after the Haller cycle test experiment is very significant(P<0.01),and the comparison between the two groups after the experiment has a significant difference(P<0.05)).Conclusion: 1.Synchronized rope skipping and speed rope skipping have the effect of improving the dynamic balance ability of ordinary female college students.Compared with speed rope skipping,the effect of synchronized rope skipping on ordinary female college students' dynamic balance ability is better.2.Synchronized rope skipping and speed skipping have the effect of improving the static balance ability of ordinary female college students,and there is no difference in the effect of the two in the eight weeks of training..3.Both speed rope skipping and trick rope skipping can effectively improve the coordination ability of ordinary female college students.Compared with speed rope skipping,trick rope skipping can improve the coordination ability of ordinary female college students better.
