In the implementation plan of national vocational education reform issued by the State Council of China in 2019,it is clearly pointed out that "vocational education and general education are two different types of education and have the same important status".Higher vocational education is a high-level education in China's vocational education system.It undertakes the important task of transporting high-level professional and technical talents for the country and serving local economic development.The education level is affected by the teaching,management level and teaching level of higher vocational lecturers.Job satisfaction of higher vocational teachers is the overall psychological feeling of educators engaged in Higher Vocational Education Based on their personal cognition about the satisfaction of the needs of work itself,work process and external factors.It can reflect the job performance of higher vocational teachers.It is also an important factor affecting the teaching,management and education level of higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational education is a kind of public goods provided by the government.Higher vocational education policy has the attribute of public policy.Improving the educational level of teaching management in Higher Vocational Colleges and improving teachers' job satisfaction through policy behavior is an effective path.The research object of this paper is the job satisfaction of teachers in s Vocational and technical college.The purpose of the research is to give the improvement countermeasures through the empirical data analysis of satisfaction,so as to improve the management and education level of the college.The research idea is to collect and sort out relevant literature according to the determined research theme,and determine the purpose and content of the research,Through empirical data research,this paper analyzes the restrictive factors and puts forward improvement countermeasures.There are eight chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,which puts forward the research background and significance,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and defines the research ideas,methods,contents and innovations.The second chapter defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,defines the core concepts of job satisfaction and higher vocational teachers' job satisfaction,expounds the demand level theory,survival relationship growth theory,two factor theory and expectation theory,and analyzes the applicability of the above theories to this paper.The third chapter is the analysis of higher vocational education policy,which expounds the public product attribute of higher education,and analyzes the current higher vocational education policy and school management.The fourth chapter is the investigation on the current situation of teachers' job satisfaction in s Vocational and technical college.Combined with interviews,it analyzes the current situation and characteristics of teachers' job satisfaction in s Vocational and technical college.The fifth chapter is the establishment and research hypothesis of the influencing factor model of teachers' job satisfaction in s Vocational and technical college.Referring to the employee satisfaction model,this paper designs the satisfaction research model of s Vocational and technical college composed of three antecedent variables and two subsequent variables,and puts forward the comprehensive representation of growth experience,living environment,education level,moral level,demand level The inductive variables of complex personal characteristics such as demand satisfaction,personal cognition,basic perception and value perception constitute three antecedent variables,and four research hypotheses are proposed.The sixth chapter is the empirical test of the influencing factors of teachers' job satisfaction in s Vocational and technical college.Through the model fitting and verification of 309 formal questionnaire data,the influencing coefficient equations of various variables and secondary factors on job satisfaction are obtained,and the restrictive factors of job satisfaction are analyzed.The seventh chapter is the countermeasures to improve teachers' job satisfaction in s Vocational and technical college.Chapter 8 research conclusions and prospects.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,the evaluation system of teachers' job satisfaction in S Vocational and technical college has seven dimensions:personal and work relevance,salary and people's livelihood,working environment,leadership and management,organization and interpersonal relationship,respect acquisition,policy impact and personal value realization.Second,according to the path coefficient analysis,material incentive can improve the job satisfaction of college teachers better than spiritual incentive.Third,among the external factors of teachers' job satisfaction in s Vocational and technical college,leadership and management system,working environment,salary and people's livelihood rank the last three,which is due to the lack of policy formulation and implementation links in the college.Fourth,the composition of teachers and their personal cognition that "their own guarantee and value realization are more and more irrelevant to the work of the college" result in a large "centrifugal force" between teachers and the work of the college.Fifth,to improve the job satisfaction of teachers in s Vocational and technical college,the government basically needs to improve the higher vocational legal system,rational layout,improve the construction of higher vocational teachers and welfare system,and improve the social recognition of higher vocational education.Innovation of this paper: This paper hoping to find the crux of the college's practical problems through the analysis of the influencing factors of job satisfaction,comprehensively and objectively reflect the irrationality and conflict of the college's development policies,and put forward countermeasures to provide some reference for solving practical problems.The shortcomings of this paper: personal cognition,a comprehensive representation variable,is proposed to reflect personal factors,but due to the lack of personal ability and energy,there is no more comprehensive and complete analysis of this variable combined with psychological research;The questionnaire collection is one-sided because of personal reasons;In terms of analyzing the restrictive reasons and improving countermeasures,the understanding and analysis of the problems may not be deep enough,and the proposed countermeasures are difficult to implement.
